Good location, easy drive to all the sites we wanted to see. Clean rooms, good service. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is that there was a lot of construction happening at the hotel when we were there. We were without water for an afternoon.

It's a nice place with a pool and many other amenities. The only issue is the food from the restaurant because it always feel like it was cooked the day before. Nevertheless, the staff is friendly and it's a clean.

Approaching the the hotel, i notice the parking lot was vast and spacious enough to park any kind of vehicular types. The interior of the plaza is modern and clean, and it has a wide range of staff, ready to greet and service anyone. I did not have time to experience the room accommodations, however I did manage to sit down and brunch on their outside restaurant. During my dining, the waitress was lovely and professional. The menu was diverse and the dining area was open to all sorts of activities. Many residents and tourist was dining at the same time and the bar was open for cold alcoholic beverages. There was also a outdoor swimming pool that caters for both children and adults. Overall, the hotel is just a few miles away from downtown Belize city. There is not much of a nature view around but yet it is peaceful enough. Since my vist was around the month of June, many residents set up private luncheons for their kids graduation party. As well as on the upper level conference, there was a meeting for Healthcare with many doctors. This clearly shows that the hotel is open to service and provide a place for your personal and public events. Overall it was splendid.

Would not recognize this place as same Best Westerns state-side. Recently renovated and updated rooms were quite comfortable and more "upscale". Courtyard has a pool and open air bar in a tropical-style garden setting. Staff were wonderful; pleasant and accommodating. Restaurant was decent.

Fantastic staff! Clean, comfortable and safe. Easy airpot transfers for a small fee. A good self contained option in Belize City.

Edited - Rooms are super clean, if you actually get one on time. Check in says 2pm however they seemed to not have any clean rooms until almost 5pm. Staff at the front desk was super slow, however, when I said something to the mgmt, they did take care of things and brought a complimentary fruit tray. The bar staff was great and the buffet at lunch was decent.

Great hotel. Rooms, furniture and linens are updated and clean. Very nice pool area. The air conditioning units in each room are newer and very well maintained. Great price for the room. Nicer than any Best Western I've seen in the US. We did not eat in the restaurants, so cannot speak to the dining experience in this hotel.

The Best Western hotel has a very nice atmosphere to stay and relax in pool clean area. The staff are very polite and friendly. The restaurant and its outdoor area are very clean and well maintained. The pool area is cool and delightful. Breakfast and lunch buffet provides variety of fruits and food. The room that I stayed in second floor, had a view to the pool. It does not elavator, stairs are not high though.

We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel on our last night in Belize. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our waitress, Kimberly during our breakfast was amazing! So attentive and caring to my family and me. Highly recommend this hotel.

The air conditioning didn't work, no mini fridge to keep anything cold, only offer 2 500ml bottles of water complimentary in a country where you can't drink tap water, no continental breakfast and all this for a price of 160usd.. just horrible! You're better off at a airbnb

My room was recently renovated, it was impressive considering earlier reviews. I like this place. The resturaunt is acceptable, the staff are friendly. If you think they are unfriendly then you likely made them that way. The people here simply move slower. I just accept that when here....

Nice rooms. Great pool area. Swimming lessons during summer worked extremely well for my nephews. I have no complaints about this place.

I had the opportunity to travel to Belize City on a business trip. I stayed at the Belize Biltmore and found the hotel to be excellent in every way. In addition to the meeting room we used, there were several other meeting rooms of varying sizes. The fitness area offered much more than I would have expected - it was more like a health club. The restaurant served great food with a buffet or menu service. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and super helpful. All the AV equipment that I needed was available and when problems occurred (as they always seem to) expert help was available instantly - problem solved quickly. It was actually my equipment that was the problem. There were upgrades in progress at the hotel that, apparently will transform the pool and bar area. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone in Belize City, particularly any business travelers.

This place pretty much saved my staying in Belize. I was supposed to stay in Caye Caulker for half a week, but couldn't stand it. Mostly it had to do with bad weather and the non-existent internet connection. I then decided to move back to Belize City and Best Western Belize Biltmore Plaza. The place is good, the staff very friendly and their restaurant great as well.

Great rooms, very comfortable and quiet. The pool and poolside bar area are a welcome sight after tours and sightseeing. Great for kids or even just hanging by the pool. Staff was extremely friendly. We stayed the last day in country and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel. We spent a week in 3 different hotels ranging from average to amazing and the Biltmore was the perfect place to end our trip. Would definitely stay again. Close to the airport, especially if you have a rental car. Only downside was the breakfast buffet was quite expensive and a bit underwhelming.

This Best Western has been recently updated and the property is beautiful. From the lobby to the pool and outdoor lounge area to the rooms, everything is great. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The location near to downtown Belize City as well as the airport makes it convenient and the price is a bargain.
Note that unlike many Stateside Best Westerns, this one does not have a free breakfast (although the prices were reasonable). Also, there is a charge for the shuttle to and from the airport. We paid $25 US for 2 people plus $5 US for each additional person.

One of the better chain hotels in Belize city. Comfortable rooms with good air conditioning. The restaurant is reasonably priced with good selection of local foods. Catch of the day is worth asking about!

Stayed here for a single night. Found some good and some bad.

    Good:
Pool and outside eating area is beautifully arranged. Staff is courteous.

    Bad:
Shower switches from hot to cold, inconsistent. Air conditioning until works very well but leaves a puddle in the middle of the floor which appeared to leak under the furniture staining the floor. The restaurant has very overcooked dry vegetables and pork chops and seemed to be over priced and understaffed.

Overall this is a great hotel. It is my hotel of choice when staying in Belize City. However, this stay had its problems which made me rate it a 4 instead of a 5. The problems were about maintenance and safety issues with water leakage in the bathrooms. I was in one room and moved to another after Maintenance spent the day trying to fix the problem unsuccessfully. The second room also had water leakage from the toilet and an electrical outlet that did not work (hooked my phone/laptop up to recharge and discovered next morning that the outlet did not work. The best part of my stay was the incredible staff who were kind, prompt, and cheerful.
