Clean cinemas, friendly and efficient staff. Really affordable with an FNB card coz there's a 2 for 1 special on Thursdays. Perhaps get one sugar free drink option in, besides water. Choices were a bit limited there. The volume of the trailers was so loud we had our fingers in our ears to cope. But it was fine for the movie though.

The latest cinema of all cinemas in Gaborone. Has comfortable chairs, good services and has 3D cines.Has no self service but have quick and efficient customer service

Always a pleasure visiting this cinema. It's beautiful and the movies always start on time. They always clean after each show. I have never had a bad experience while over there. There is underground parking which is free under 30 mins. They also have public restrooms.

Decent place, not a lot of snack options for movies. Air conditioning goes missing sometimes, making for quite an uncomfortable movie viewing experience.

Masa Mew Capitol Cinema has a wide range of movies that appeal to many people from the ages of 1-50, which, I believe, is great to see. Their staff are usually friendly, although some of the staff have been rude and arrogant, saying that I should shut up and pay. Other than that, I would rate New Capitol at Masa center 4/5. Well Done Masa👍🏻
