Normally I speak very highly of this place. This time around guess wasn't my time. First of all couldn't get the rooms prefer even though clearly they were not occupied I was told they are that wasn't even the issue. Then was put in a really hot room. Air con not working. Cupboards broken. Opened a window only to realize it won't close. On complaining about this I was told to just wait. One of the ladies at front desk came through and confirmed I needed to be moved but someone out there just seemed to not be interested. After waiting an hour was taken to another non functional and at this point just thought nope. It ain't my day. Eventually I was relocated to another. Still not wanted but at this point wasn't really fighting anymore. This visit was not for me! Not my day at all

Nice spacious rooms, well furnished. Luxury accessories like soaps, pen, bottle water, coffee/teas included. Tv stations need attention, some not tuned, some muted, some volume levels set much lower than others. Avoid staying here Thursday nights if a goodnights sleep is important. The newscafe runs a two for one special resulting in parking full and venue crowded. The noise, mudic and shouting goes on late into the night.

Within the vicinity of the lies the the Mondior Mews Cafe which is a truly exceptional spot for well known for its elegant hot coffee and hot chocolate. You definitely gotta love its classic bistro dishes with extraordinary recipes prepared by well trained chefs. The Cafe is strategically located, as it is nestled in a desirably tranquil location. It is convenient for everyone seeking to enjoy a mild breakfast, attractive lunch and weekend-brunch, whatever you're motivation is. I particularly like the Mews Cafe or its convenience i i want to work because of its free internet which is quite fast. The setting is designed in such a way that it has conformable chairs and large coffee tables specifically reserved for those with laptops to do their own work, while enjoying a glass of wine or any beverage.

Good location, although no major services (Newscafe only) very nearby but the Riverwalk Mall less than 1 km, the University the same etc. Clean spacious rooms, friendly staff and safe parking.
