Rooms in this hotel are very spacious. They offer good views on all side. Try for higher floors. Food is decent. People are helpful and located in upscale place on major road

Located at a nice location. Nice suites and delux rooms. Staff is less due to which food takes time to be served. Bathrooms are very well maintained and clean.

The hotel is really nice and spacious. Rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. Views from hotel are really awesome and you can experience football match from your room balcony with amazing football ground just in front of this hotel. Food and service is also good.

Good big rooms and comfortable. But we had probably the worst experience as there was no water available even to brush teeth. Would not suggest this place

Phuentsholing is an entry point to Bhutan if you are entering by road from India. This hotel has pretty big rooms and they are good as well. They also served some amazing bhutanies and indian cousin. Overall we had good experience in this hotel.

Stayed here when entering and leaving Bhutan. So it was both the first and last hotel we stayed in. After seeing the others (with fewer "stars"), this one seemed less appealing than it did the first time. There is a football ground outside that you can go watch games for free.

The rooms are spacious and clean. But it is probably a little more expensive than it should be. Thought the food fairly priced. The main city and markets are only a 5-10 minute walk so it is easy to try other options for food. The permit office is a 10 minute walk. The staff are obliging and let you keep your luggage in the room when you go to the permit office. If you get delayed, they simply move the luggage out.

The lift is ancient and doesn't work intermittently. We locked ourselves out from the room and the staff handled it without any fuss. If you are looking for luxury, opt for Druk. This is (almost) value for money.

Here you can get world's worst breakfast or any other food item. Staff also pathetic few good people are there but not enough to make you stay. Attached foto of beautifully cleaned kettle in our room.
