Beautiful hotel in Phuentsholing. Good rooms, great service. The interior area of the hotel is quite remarkable, well decorated, full of plants, well maintained. The staff at the reception and the restaurant were very helpful and friendly. The manager helped us to organise the entire Bhutan trip and arranged us the car for the entire trip at quite a reasonable price. It was a great experience staying there and we enjoyed quite a lot. Recommended hotel at a reasonable price.

    - The staff at Park Hotel is very friendly and helpful in nature.
    - The manager is a gem of a person and helped us with our entire travel plan. We asked him a lot of questions before making a travel plan and he promptly answered all.
    - Food is great. My countrymen need not worry about getting Indian food here. They cook the perfect north Indian dished here.
    - Rooms are neat and clean.
    - Overall: Value for money Hotel

Lovely resort to stay in the heart of Phuntsholing. It itself represents the magnificence of the hotel. And it's indeed where you can 'Park' your heart.

Marvelous place for honeymoon couples. And for singles it's a bliss.

Cheap value for money rooms with basic amenities. It seems like an old hotel. The hallways stink and the bed sheets have stains.

Had a pleasant one day stay here. Hotel is centrally located very close to the Bhutan gate and shopping market. Room was neat, clean and spacious. Kids had a nice time running around.

Just a things to be looked into though:
    - Bread toasts are pretty expensive here. In fact, a plate of bread toast with butter and jam costs more than a plate of non-vegetarian biryani

Hotel is clean and beautiful. Provides free Wifi , Hot water , Ac, Tea etc. They charged us for water bottles which were given as complimentary. When we told that we didn't order any extra bottles and if they want than check our dustbins ! And they did !!☺ Though nothing was found they forced us to pay extra. Room service is very lethargic and after placing orders we had to wait 45 - 50 minutes. Overall service must be improved

It is near to the border gate. Room was very neat and clean. It could have been a little bigger. Did not try the restaurant. It also has gym facility for in-house guests.

An average hotel with dated rooms. This hotel can do with a major upgrade to its room amenities. Rooms are very basic and carry the bare essentials. Staff is friendly if aloof. The chef Mr. Neelkanth is the only sore exception. He was extremely rude when informed that the food has too much chilies. Instead of excepting his error, he was more concerned with defending himself. He could do with some manner training.

The hotel is amazing. Food, cleaniness and ever-smiling staff are its plus points. Situated just near to the immigration office makes it quite convenient for the tourists to acquire entry pass. Special mention goes to the hotel manager. He is such a jem. Would love to come and visit again. It's a value for money hotel!
