We were there for just a night We had three suites .. the suit was spacious n altogether a good hotel. But they should really change the staff who carries luggage to room. There were two men who were truly unprofessional. The other staff at the reception and restaurant was good. There is a swimming pool too but it needs maintenance and cleaning. All together a good option in Phuntsholing.

1. Hotel is located at a desolate location in upper phuntshilong, with new construction going on all around. Hence, no access to the main city and dust flying all around. Also, getting the tourist permit for Bhutan entry will be difficult from this hotel.
2. If someone wishes to stay at the lap of the mountains, he/she will be disappointed.
3. Gymnasium is yet to be put in use. Another disappointment for health conscious people.
4. Swimming pool water is cloudy, showing lack of water treatment facilities.
5. Food and drinks are over-priced, unlike all other hotels in Bhutan.
6. My room a.c. was ineffective, again pointing out the lack of maintenence.

Though tourist usually visit this place only for two reasons .. while entering Bhutan and second you guessed it right while exiting from Bhutan..they have maintained the property very nicely.
The rooms are quite sufficient enough.. you might have to play search for a charging point as you might find only one point near the bed, do not worry there are additional charging points where the fridge is kept.

Located just near CST. Close to 5km away from phuntsholing town a perfect location. The hotel is clean and provides you great hospitality.
The hotel GM is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay.The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides you almost every facilities. Good place to enjoy you vacation with your family.

Stayed three night during a retreat and had the most relaxing holiday here.
The ambiance is great and it's surrounded by beautiful natural forest
The best experience is the huge open swimming pool

Hotel situated in 5km away from town area, so the hotel is best for tourist to bhutan. I'm damn sure you all feel relax after reaching the hotel. Hotel have a huge parking space and yes a swimming pool to swim. Overall very good

Nice hotel with premium facilities. Has got swimming pool and large private parking space. As it is located away from the main town and highway, it is peaceful. You have to be careful while driving from. The main highway as the road is bit steep.
