It's a comfortable hotel tucked away a little away from the main town's hustle and bustle. Service is good and the view from the rooms are great. Rooms are clean and comfortable. You have to walk a bit or take your car to the main towns shopping areas. Otherwise a good option at reasonable rates. Food is also good and service is quick.

Fantastic hotel to stay. You can stay here with your family too. Amazing view from the rooms. Walking distance from the market area. The visa office is near by and so is the Bhutan entry gate. The breakfast served was good. The staff was amazing.

Hotel is decent having spacious rooms with all basic amenities. Staff are very good 👍. Their restaurant closes at 9:30pm and unfortunately we checked in at 10pm. They were kind and managed to get food though it passed their official closing time.

Well stayed here best hotel in phuentsholing town budget friendly they got 4 floor, with lift option I got the view rooms, if you are going stay there ask Mr Abhishek fir the view rooms, he is a nice guy and helped me a lot to visit Bhutan as I was traveling on my voters id card. Comfortable rooms with space. Neat and clean. Amazing experience. If you are looking for a good hotel. Oh and yes there is small river, go for the balcony room, or give my reference to get the best deal.

Hopeless Service and food. No one even bothers at hotel. Hotel is like a Govt Lodge.

Hotel Tsheringma is an average hotel for the price.
Positives :
1. The staff are helpful.
2. Rooms are well maintained.
3. Absolutely no issues with hot water.
4. Good food , quality and quantity wise.
However below issues need to be ensured before a booking is made
1. This hotel have a big problem with wifi. The wifi never work irrespective of floor , only at lobby or cafeteria it may work. Definitely not in rooms. (Think purposefully they turnoff).
2. The in room phone will not work to the reception. we stayed 2 different nights , and both times the intercom doesn't work. We need to come all way down for anything required.
3. If you are in rush, ensure ur breakfast is ordered well in advance as they will take time to prepare and serve depending on the demand.

Good hotel in Phuntsoling for transit from India to Bhutan. Spacious rooms, OK service, lift works, clean linen & hot water on tap.
