  Very cooperatI've staffs and management.
  U can get sim and the all Bhutan telecommunications details and activation easily.
  Its near by craft market. From the circle turn right and u will reach here.

  I am not very satisfied with their efficiency in providing services. It's oldest telecom and they should perform better then what they are performing now. Besides my mobile sim I also have rented their broadband (fibre optic) from them which doesn't complete a month without to call them for reconnection after disconnected due to their technical issues
