Very disappointed with my experience at sea fire steakhouse. For a place where you will be spending 50-70$ per steak, you should expect perfection. This was far from it. The steak was cold when it came out of the kitchen (almost as if they had reheated it) and the sides were pretty mediocre (the mashed potatoes were microwave quality). When we asked the waiter to heat up the steak, they simply took the same piece, put it on the grill, and made it well done (when I had asked for medium). Overall, the food was the same quality as a local steak house in the US, but charged quadruple the price. I would stay away.

Catch of the day was grilled grouper and it was pretty good. The better half had the tuna but that was under cooked and wasn't that good. Service was good. The highlights were the birthday singing by the staff. Nice place.

Made reservations months in advance for 8 and when we arrived, no table was ready but there were plenty of accommodated parties of 8 or more. Management was unapologetic when confronted about the discrepancy. Food was great. Service was mediocre. And when compared with the other “Fine Dining” options at the Atlantis resort, this definitely feels more like a Chili’s than a 5-Star resort’s premier restaurant.

Its best to have a reservation here because they are usually full. The food here is great. The staff are super. They really try to get customers to enjoy their visit. The price is relatively high but you do get what you pay for and more.

The prices are ridiculous. The food was barely warm. Half way through our meal the manager asked us to move tables so he could fit in a party of ten where our table was. Horrible service for a $350 bill for a party of 4.

Ask for Edmond. Best server there. Food is amazing. Fresh seafood and steaks are good. I recommend the red snapper and filet.

Outrageous pricing for tables that wobble, mediocre staff, and average food. And let us not forget to mention the lovely stray cats that bother you while dining on the patio. Stay classy Seafire

My experience was truly satisfying with not only the food, but with the service. My party and I had the nicest and most heart warming waiter we have ever experienced. His name is Ricardo Adderley, this man literally deserves a promotion he was that wonderful. Not only that the food came out perfect. I would recommend any of the steaks on the menu. You gotta check this place out. It's to die for.

The restaurant experience was very nice but was spoiled by a suspected identity theft issue. I used my card to purchase drinks there (handing my card to the bar tender and waiting for him to return it to me). and the very next day I received a call from my credit card company about a suspicious attempt to use my account. The transaction was rejected at my request but I had to wait for a new credit card to be sent to me and my auto pay for my gym membership was interrupted for a month. Obviously I cannot prove the bar tender to be the culprit but it was a distressing and annoying event and travelers are more than usually vulnerable to this sort of thing.
