Front line staff Ashley is okay but she's not efficient because of her inefficiency I along with with many others waited for quite some time unnecessarily

Very very poor last nite I call in a order about 950pm got thier 930 was told we have a back up I said ok ,they said give us 10 min ,so I when outside came back in 15 mins give us 6 more mins ,at this time am mad .gone come back 11pm not ready as I when back to my car .a lady came out whit the pizza but it was raw
