We ate here multiple times during our 5 day stay at Pelican Bay. We had great service, excellent food, and the location couldn't be beat. They were willing to make accommodations for our picky eaters. Perfect place to eat for kids and adults.

Pretentious overpriced food. Very poor service the night I was there. Actually a .5 star

Great atmosphere, good service, nice menu, and decent food presentation, however, food was only average.

Excellent dinner eaten on the floating patio. Our table had Pad Thai, conch, fish, crab cakes, the steak and lobster salad and lobster bisque. Each dish was perfect! The banana daiquiri were the best on the island. The service was also excellent.

The food and beer were good, but the service here was excellent! We ordered the chocolate lava cake, which is made fresh. There was apparently some kind of issue so they had to remake it; when the waiter came to tell us it was going to be a wait, he brought us a piece of complimentary cheesecake as an apology! We hadn't even noticed the wait or asked about it, we were just happily enjoying the view and the atmosphere. The prices are reasonable for a resort restaurant, too.

Our experience here was disappointing to say the least We were staying at the hotel this restaurant is part of and we went here for my fiancee's birthday. Not only did I make sure they sing and do something for a birthday at lunch when I made the reservation I also told our server and hostess when we got there for our reservation that night. Our server was NOT friendly and did not smile ever. He did not make our experience good. He charged my 8 year old niece for an adult full chicken pasta when all she had was noodles and butter He also did not remember it was a birthday even tho I told him right when we sat down. It was not a good experience and I had to talk to the manager TWICE to get him to do anything at all for us especially for the ridiculous price of my nieces meal they wanted to charge. We would never go back there and don't recommend it. They clearly don't care about the customer service side of their job and considering how empty of tourists it is that's a shame for them. We left unhappy and disappointed. Birthday only happens once a year.

They wanted my disabled wife to sit out by the pool so that customers wouldn't get up and leave! I am serious, that is what the manager said to us. We insisted on sitting in the main area. We wouldn't have stayed but we had an elderly person with us who didn't want to walk elsewhere. The lobster was under-cooked, but they happily replaced it. The food was decent enough, but there are better places to eat in Port Lucaya. Try "The Grill" or "Zorbas".

We had great service while dining here. Was disappointed in the options on the menu and felt that it was a bit over priced. But it is located in one of the fancier resorts so that's too be expected. Pretty views, and good food.
