Excellent local food, reasonable pricing its missing that one last star because the service was lacking, the server really didn't want to be there. very sarcastic, but not terrible.

This place is no longer good, what terrible service the waitress is extremely rude, we waited over an hour and there was hardly anyone inside. The food was below average on top of that, go somewhere else it’s not worth it. TRUST ME DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Used to have amazing food. This time was meh, Service was horrible!! Waitress had a horrible attitude and took nearly an hour for the food to come and was not busy. Very disappointed.

We liked it so much that in less than a week, we ate there twice. Make sure to try the Conch Fritters, they are the best on the island.

The place is not very comfy with the clean and decoration, but for the location the food is super expensive 40$ with tax included for 2 cups of water, fish frie with dressing (good flavor) and conch salad not too big the large and no very much conch is ridiculous. We leave there hungry more than the being

Good cracked conch, cracked lobster and fresh conch salad. The food seems to be a little skewed to suit American taste buds though.

What a wonderful experience! Tucked away from the big touristy restaurants and bars, this hole-in-the-wall place is very charming. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They have authentic Bahamian food and beer. The conch fritters and the grouper were absolutely wonderful. Lots of flavor and everything was cooked perfectly! Coming from Ohio, USA I don't have anything like this kind of food at home so it was a great experience to try out the local cuisine.

This a great local resturant that continues to service great food every time I go there. Conchie conch fritters, local steam or fried fish with best peas and rice to be found. The business is still being run and managed by the same family the continues to take pride in providing great food and excellent service.

A friendly little local Bahamian "down home" restaurant with bar. Most tourists do not come here because they are looking to eat on the cheap - this not it. The prices compare with Fish Fry restaurants (as does the menu) - but this place is air conditioned, and has a clean bathroom. Just two blocks from the Straw Market and four from the cruise ship terminal, it does not require a very long walk or a cab ride.
She had a Bahama Mama, and I had a Bahama Papa, to start with a cool down.response / report this review
