Very relaxing. We really enjoyed the resort. When we went, in the beginning of April, there was only 2 other couples there. It was really peaceful. Drinks are reasonable, and they pour them strong. Food was pretty good. I will definitely return.

THE WORST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO AND WE HAVE TRAVELLED ALL OVER THE WORLD

THIS RESORT IS AN INSULT TO BOB MARLEY'S MEMORY. I AM SURE HIS WIFE, RITA IS NOT AWARE OF HOW THIS RESORT IS RUN AND SHE OWNS IT.
THE ROOMS WERE FILTHY, NEVER CLEANED, WHEN WE WIPED THE TABLE IN THE BEDROOM IT WAS BLACK WITH DIRT !! WE HAD TO CONSTANTLY ASK FOR TOWELS AND TOILET PAPER IN THE ROOM.
THE FRIDGE WAS LEAKING. THE COFFEE MACHINE DIDNOT WORK. THE FLOORS WERE SO STICKY FROM NEVER BEING CLEANED THAT YOUR SHOES STUCK TO THEM AS YOU WALKED AROUND. MOST OF THE STAFF WALKED AROUND WITH ATTITUDES AS IF THE GUESTS ARE A PROBLEM BY ACTUALLY STAYING THERE AND ASKING FOR WHAT THEY NEED, ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE !! AFTER SEVERAL NIGHTS WE HAD ENOUGH AND MOVED TO A DECENT HOTEL. AS THEY HAD TAKEN ALL THE MONEY UPFRONT WE HAD TO GET OUR MONEY BACK , HOWEVER NO COMPENSATION WAS GIVEN AFTER SEVERAL REQUESTS.

Good place, good geographic situation. The resort is apart from the big touristic hotel so it is quieter. Easy to go to Nassau or other spot through jitneys.
Market, fast food and liquor store across the road.
Now let’s talk issues : first at our arrival a 10 PM, they had lost our paper, we have to do everything all over again for an hour. We finally got in the wrong room and awake a poor lady in her bed. We almost got kicked out of the hotel a day early because they all mixed up but thanks to the really nice cleaning lady everything went good. About our departure, it took an hour and a half to get our detailed invoices (finally I didn’t get it) and it took 30 min to get someone for the check out because the lady in the office doesn’t take care of the customers, actually she doesn’t take care of much apparently.
About the restaurant : every morning I asked for a granola on the menu but they didn’t have any of the ingredients (remember, market across the street) so I took a free continental breakfast (their loss). It took more than 30 min to get toasted bread and butter every morning.
And since nobody in the hotel cares, i am going to finish by the sweet sound of lawn mower at 8.30 in the morning, the music with big bass at 9 or even the person who open the door with a key in the morning while I was awake
We are not picky and this is holidays, but when it’s bad, it’s bad. Just ask the lady who almost miss her flight because they forgot to call the cab for her
We do not recommend this hotel

It's very quiet, the ambiance is great and you can relax peacefully. The Salsa and R&B nights are really good, you get to enjoy fun and mellow music. Also the spa is really nice and soothing check it out.

Amazing and magical place. Most of the staff was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Especially Ricardo, Both Justins, Leo, Tanisha (waitress), Samir, and Antonio. Ricardo cooked amazing food. Justin and Leo took great care of us at the bar. Tanisha, believe that is how her her name is spelled. was our favorite waitress. Samir and Justin saw that our room was clean and tidy. An over all great experience. The only thing missing was more Marley.

The price was high relative to the proximity to food, attractions, etc. The rooms were average, but the overall charm of the lodging had it's appeal. The owner of the property was very attentive and legitimately did his best to help guests and accommodate special requests. I would recommend the property having a onsite shuttle to the downtown area or local resorts to decrease overall fees related to taxi travel. I gave "2" stars because of the price after I saw what other more centralized hotels were charging and also because the hotel wasn't the cleanest, although I do understand it was recently reopened and that may have been a short term issue.

The staff were nice and welcoming. However, the rooms are very outdated and all of the furnishings are old. I understand the decor is meant to represent an antique style, but does not mean old soggy couches are ok. Also, there were problems with the air, t.v, wi-fi, and water temperature.

PLEASE READ THIS!!!***I was 10 wen i went on a 2wk long n unforgettable vacation to Nassau, not Paradise Island. Im now 29, n i would love to know the name of the hotel my mom, myself n sister stayed atit had vine trees u could literally swing away on. It was pink or orange i can't remember n our pics r long gone. It had a pool but not in service then, n that area had thick shrubbery n "vine trees" lol the only way to the ocean was dwn a sandy path, towards a working pool u could use almost on the bulkhead! I dnt believe it had had any orientation with the hotel, but I was 10 n didn't care to find out. I was on my own intriguing adventure 😀i spent more time jumping off the bulkhead n running full speed to that breathtaking water. Splashing round a chlorine pool alone wasn't my idea of vacationing !!There was also a cabana type bar on land by the end of the path to the ocean and i remember off the path it was to the left b4 u can reach the pool..their was also a shuttle type of bus that took us in town to paradise island to eat dinneralso to go to the local markets. Walking anywhere wasn't realistic however the shuttle/bus vehicles took us hotel guests to our other desired locations on the islandI also recall the shuttle taking us to paradise hotel to enjoy all the action n under ground tunnel part of the hotel. It was daytime there n that was our first day trip to paradise hotelnow I'm dying to kno the name of "our girls only trip", to that colorful hotel that had the sweet aroma of cantaloupePlease Try To Help Me Because I Want To Go Back For My Honeymoon n allow my fiance to experience a trip I still have lovely and unforgettable thoughts of ,n literal realistic dreams of as if it was yesterday!!! Mind u, it has been 20years and it is like I am standing on that silky, white sand..n catching lizards lolwat the greatest dream my mother has given mePlease help me pass that heaven on earth to my fiance.thnx 4 reading if u have ☺
