Nice restaurant.. Good fish fry. We had counch fritters and seafood platter with fish fingers, calamari, counch and shrimp. It was great. Also we had the homemade fruit punch which was also nice.
The staff was friendly and the service was also quick. You can also walk to the public beach from here. Overall a good place to have lunch.

Absolutely loved the fried Conch and Lobster, which was very reasonably priced especially when compared to the price of our hotel. Fast, friendly service and quality fresh food with generous portions. I highly recommend Franky Gone Bananas.

Fantastic locally owned restaurant, real Bahamian food, service and a terrific atmosphere. Also a welcome break from the awful American fare that is everywhere else. If you want the real deal then check this place out. It’s down in ‘fish fry’ not the crappy yank version on paradise island.

On a stormy evening, just headed on the Bus 12 and dropped me right in front of the colorful strip of restaurants. I intended to go to another restaurant, but it was closed. The entry way of this spot was more welcoming. The hostess lead me upstairs where majority of the diners were. My server was just so polite. I ordered the Cracked Lobster with fried and wow, chunks on chunks of fried lobster. Their coke is not as sweet as American Coke, but it hit the spot since I've hadn't any sugar for the day. Great attentive service.

Great experience! Very friendly staff, everyone wears company's shirts or dresses. The place is very clean and well looked after. The food arrived promptly. Loved their conch salad. Everything that we ordered was fresh and tasty.

Will never eat here again! I was introduced to their conch fritters about a month ago and they were delicious at the soldier road location, I went back last night to get some more and during my time consuming them I found hard plastic pieces inside of my conch fritters!😡😡 I was very disappointed, as a result I went back and told the workers and the ladies were very nonchalant! I do not recommend to eat at this location!

The food was o.k. not a blow away experience. The delays in service is too long..wait too long for the waiter to return just for payment.

Wow! Really great food at decent prices. A bit of a walk (you could take a taxi or bus) but it's a beautiful walk past Junkanoo Beach. The fish was incredible and the grits were the best ever. Well worth it.

Very good food Shrimp fettuccine Alfredo was sooooooo good, whole steamed fish--fabulous with 3 sides! Prices were excellent compared to resort restaurants and good service! Sit at the tables when you first walk in, the inside area next to bar is hot as Hades! Ordered a margarita, NOT good, sent it back and brought me a different drink (long island ice tea) to replace ityum! Highly recommend and will dine there again & again.

The food was good. We ordered the fish fingers which was considered a snack on their menu. It was more like a meal.

Mahi mahi was delicious. A tad pricy. Credit card machine was down and it took like 20 minutes to leave.

First of all our waiter had the most stank attitude ever. He was nice to the locals, but rude to tourists. Then this place automatically charge you a 15% gratuity with your order, no matter what. Order the jerk chicken, plantains, Mac and cheese. Conch salad, cracked conch $60 total. The jerk chicken wasn't jerk ,they just added some jerk sauce on top and called it jerk. The conch was less than ok. Cracked conch taste more like fried calamari. Food was expensive for no reason. Don't eat here, like seriously. Eat at one of the huts at the fish fry. You'll get better quality for your money. So if you're sailing through Nassau, and Freeport. Just wait to port in Freeport, and only go to Cool Jenny's at the farmers market. Had 9 conch fritters and order of plantains total $6, 54 less than franky. My food was fresh, and better quality. If you don't know what real authentic conch or jerk suppose to taste like, trust this isn't it. DON'T EAT HERE!!!!! JUST WALK PAST FRANKY GONE BANANAS, TERRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE! !!!!
