It was horrible the wait on the drive thru was extremely long. There is no was off the line. In cases where you are sick or have someplace to go like ourselves you are trapped in line. When we arrived there were 3 cars in front. When we got to the back there were 4 cars the average moving time was 6 minutes. Not fast enough some was longer. I KNOW THERE WERE CARS IN BETWEEN, AT LEAST 3. IT WAS JUST TOO SLOW. The area was clean and well organized in the parking lot out back. Thxs to the security guard.

Slow service can't never get it right. Order the deluxe and they never give you all that it comes with. It the most expensive order on the menu. Get it right!

The wait was extremely long and the workers seemed disorganized. Tgey eventually vot my order right and that's a great thing. The quality of food was as expected from a fast food franchise.

Love their Big Mac and when the fries are hot they are delicious. The ice tea is delicious and cokes are great. The wait is long all the time inside and through the drive thru. They brought the McRib sandwich back as well.

They are the slowest of all the fast food chains.. The down town location cashiers always have an attitude and could never get your order right. My sister and I both got food poisoning from the one across from C.O.B. The Palmdale location has the best customer service but the baritos are always hard with little to none of the original ingredients ..so all in all Palmdale gets 3 stars and the rest zero

Royal Cheese. Best burger ever.
Like all Bahamian businesses, don't assume it's closed when you arrive. All doors are locked by default. A security guard grants you access.
