If I could do so, I would rate with minus stars.
Worst service I’ve ever experienced!
They booked the wrong service to begin with. Upon my arrivel, when I checked in, I told them that I did not request that service they booked me.
Apparently their staff is not sufficiently trained to use the program they’re working with and the lady couldn’t figure it out how to switch services. I’ve waited for 15 min right there.
I kept telling the lady about the preferred treatment about five times, but she kept ignoring me starring at the computer.
Furthermore, her colleague told the lady to just book another treatment ( not the one requested by me), right in front of me.
I thought, ok they know what I want, because I told them a thousand times- I’m sure they’ll just book it differently in the computer because they’re not qualified enough to figure it out.
Nope, after waiting another 20min in the changing room, I was picked up by the esthetician who was ready to perform the service I DIDN’T want.
I told her that I requested something else, and she responded : “ oh I don’t do those”.
Really?????????
After waiting for another 25 min, I changed and canceled the service!
They seem to really dislike what they do and shouldn’t be in customer service!response / report this review -

I went to the spa to get a Gel Manicure. To tell you honestly I get better service at my local nail salon for a $35 gel manicure. They charged $55. About $20 for removal of previous gel polish. I had some minor nicks n cuts by the nail so when the girl put the cuticle softener it stung, when I mentioned it to her she said it will only hurt few seconds instead of wiping it. To top this off less than 3 hours after I was done with the manicure every single nail peeled off in a perfect layer. My gel normally needs to soaked off after 3 weeks. So about $70 something bucks in the garbage. As I checked out the next morning I had no time to go back and show them. I emailed them almost a week ago and no reply.

I had a Deep Tissue Massage and Sherrell was the one who did the massage. She gave me the Greatest Deep Tissue Massage that I have ever gotten before. It hurt really bad at times but my body was telling me she was triggering all the sore muscles in my body. You will want to request and go to Sherrell if you want a tremendous deep tissue massage. Expect pain but in the end, your sore spots will be lessened by a lot. Also, if you get a chance, do sit in the hot water bath they have for a person to enjoy and relax the muscles more.
