I love chekers cafe, i am in love with the boil fish with jonny bread,great bahamian food it si so so delicious!!!! Only one problemyou can only get it on Saturday mornings,but they also have a variety of great Bahamian dishes so check them out for a great Bahamian experience!!!!!

Pleasant staff. I used my debit card so the cashier had to use my license. She actually wished me happy birthday as mine was coming up. Talk about a WOW factor. Plus the food was great!

My partner and I stopped off for lunch on our way home. The food was excellent and an amazing variety. It's truly a locals eatery so the food is authentic and not Americanizeda treat. I did notice the service was not as prompt for me as it was for my partner as I was the visitor. That feeling persisted throughout the meal. Too bad because I really enjoyed the food but not the atmosphere.
