Awesome place! You get free Atlantis passes everyday, staff was great, free breakfast was great. Gets a little crowded on the breakfast room, and you can't take you're food up to your room. It's right next to Atlantis also.

My family loved it! Is much more affordable than the Atlantis property next door with free breakfast & entry to aquaventure invluded. Staff is friendly & rooms are great. They even have bottled water @ a fraction of the price of elsewhere. Exceeded all expectations!

Location is right next to the Atlantis resort and you have free access to all the facilities as a hotel guest of Comfort Suites Paradise Island. The rooms are not fancy, but clean and comfortable. There is also a free hot breakfast which was good, eggs, sausages and meat and potato scramble.

I rate Comfort Suites as the best bang for your bucks. It is not the Atlantis, but you get all the amenities of the Atlantis and more money in your pocket for activities. The staff is fantastic, very professional, friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Genesis was the most delightful host ever! She answered questions for us and made us feel completely like family. It was my daughter's birthday, she made it even more special. The breakfast every morning was filling and very appetizing, morning staff made our day with their warm greetings. The front desk staff was also very friendly, informed and courteous. Most fun was our poolside bartender. He had us singing to the music. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit due to this great experience!

It's beautiful and pretty . I was there last year in July for 4 days only. It was short. But I can't wait until I go back with my husband and my brother in law. We going back to comfort suite paradise island. I can't wait. Love the island in the Bahamas.

I enjoyed my stay here. Budget friendly for the bahamas, and you have access to Atlantis resort. I will say that the continental complimentary breakfast that they have on offer is well below my personal standards but most of the other patrons loved it, it seemed. Also, as far as food goes in the Bahamas, please note that most food items are imported into the country, so don't expect to be eating too lavishly. In any case it doesn't matter, take up the sun, sand and sea!!!

Loved my stay here. We were able to use most of Atlantis' amenities for no extra charge, the food was great, the Bahamian people (workers at the hotel, taxi drivers, and random people on the street) were all SO friendly. My only complaint was the pull out sofa bed. As I expected it would be, the fold out mattress was very uncomfortable. I had to lay my extra blanket down to sleep on top of because otherwise the wires from the mattress made it unbearable. The actual bed in the room was a normal comforting bed, though. Overall, would highly recommend.

Absolutely a fantastic place to stay with a great location (steps to Atlantis) , friendly staff, great free breakfast, very comfortable bed, free wifi, business center and the list goes on and on!. Our stay absolutely exceeded our expectation. Next time in Nassau wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

The hotel is clean and the staff at extremely friendly and helpful. Meal portions are large and I feel that smaller meals for ladies would be advisable. The pool area is beautiful and renovations of some of the outside areas are under way. Not sure if this related to hurricane damage or just normal maintenance. Gardens are well kept and location near Atlantis with free use of majority of their amenities is a plus

People are extremely friendly that work there very clean. Great breakfast every morning. Close to Atlantis definitely a plus. The two bad things that I didn't like or the TV functionally wise stunk. And the prices at the advertise as everybody else's indicating was only two-thirds of the overall cost. Do taxes gratuities utility charges.

The service was wonderful. The employees were extremely friendly and kind. The buffet breakfast was very satisfying and included lots of variety. Our only complaints were that the eggs for breakfast were never fully cooked, and there was no fitness center. It was not enough to keep us from returning though.

Pool under reconstruction. Restaurant also. Food quality is below average. Hotel smells musty. Bar is 50% more expensive than downtown. Rooms are a good size but no balcony.

Recently stayed here. While the price was good, the room was dated, and the smell of mold on the 3rd floor was not welcoming. To top it off, we ended up with bed bugs. The staff was not helpful or empathetic when it was brought to their attention. If I could rate this a negative 10, I would! I rated it one star because the system wouldn't allow me to post without selecting a star. Never would I stay here again - no matter the price.

I can truly say that my experience here at comfort suites on paradise island in the Bahamas was the best I've ever had at a hotel anywhere. They went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to the Bahamas. If I do get a chance to come back to the Bahamas I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else but here.I would like to thank everyone here for everything you have done.

Unless you can afford to stay at the best Atlantis has to offer, then you're better off going to comfort suites right next door. Went here for our honeymoon because the wife refused to let me spend a fortune on just the room. Was happy we went with comfort suites. Literally 2 minutes walk to Atlantis front door, and closer to most of the restaurants on paradise Island. The staff was friendly, and you must go and find the bartender Jamal and tell him AA's sent you. We found ourselves coming back to the pool bar for Jamal's company as much as his good drinks at the end of a long day on excursions on more than one occasion. Same access to Atlantis, better rooms that have a fridge so you can store cheaper drinks/food in your room, and at a cheaper price. The free breakfast was plentiful in selection every day as well. Highly recommend this hotel if planning a trip to Bahamas and want to do Atlantis. Went July of 2017.

Excellent staff, poor pricing policies!
Suggestion:Verifiy all pricing ahead of time to avoid hidden charges.
Reason for Trip: Visit Paradise Island & Atlantis
I've been booking hotel rooms for over 40 years. Never, have I had to pay extra for my wife. High Speed Internet is on again, off again, fast then slow. Air Conditioner in our room was extremely noisy.
For the price you pay it is not a very good value at all, especially if you have to pay extra for your spouse. Read all of the reviews carefully.

The good: Great friendly staff, access to all Atlantis has to offer, and pleanty of room for a family of 4 to recover from long waterpark/beach days, great breakfast, saved us a ton of money (which we ended up using on more fun).

The bad: The shower was a little lacking and we wished there was just a bit more space in our room.

Great value ! stay here and get access to Atlantis, Nice pool, free breakfast. The staff was pretty friendly but Joshua the bellman really made our vacation special. He helped us arrange a tour around Nassau to experience the real Bahamas. He was really personable he should be a manger !

Good hotel for a great price! The staff was very friendly and helped us arrange several multi-island excursions. The Crusoe restaurant served good food. Breakfast is free every morning. The hotel is very convenient to the Atlantis resort as well as the Paradise Shopping Plaza and Marina Village at Atlantis shopping area. Guests can easily walk to Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, and the harbor at Paradise Island where you can catch several boat tours. The Comfort Suites also has several conference rooms, and a small business center. The pool was clean and clear, with a life guard on duty until approximately 7pm daily. The Comfort Suites offers full access to all of Atlantis' venues. A great bargain hotel with all the benefits that Paradise Island offers!

I love this hotel. It's all inclusive, banking and convenient and luxury shopping across the street, lots of dining options for all price ranges, just a bridge away from the world renowned Potters Cay Dock and opposite Atlantis Hotelyou also get passé to Atlantis with your stay! Kid friendly..

Stayed here 1 night to get the included Atlantis package. Definitely cheaper route than staying at Atlantis or paying for two day passes and the travel to paradise island.
The room seemed clean, but expect bare bones staff and amenities. No gym, you have to use the Atlantis gym for a $12 fee. Front desk staff rather rude and flat faced. Overall a very bla stay, but that's what I expected.

We have only been here for one day. The continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise. We have not had maid service yet. The hotel charges $5 pp in the room as a daily fee for maid service. The room is smaller than other comfort suites I have stayed at. They have a nice patio area and bar by the pool. Very relaxing. The Atlantis is next door. We are excited to do the water park and beaches.

Comfortable room. In room safe. Many nearby restaurants including one on site. Good buffet breakfast included with stay. Nice pool area. An inside and outside bar. The majority of the staff are very friendly. Forgot credit card waitress chased after me to give it back. Close to Atlantis and all its shops. My stay included a pass to Atlantis waterpark. Close to Ferry to Nassau (5 min walk) Close to Ferry to Blue Lagoon Island.

This was a very nice place to stay. We had others in our group that stayed at Atlantis, and the rooms at Comfort Suites were much better than the villa rooms at Atlantis. The fee breakfasts were a great advantage - we had a big breakfast and then did not really have to stop for lunch while we were at the Atlantis Waterpark. Next trip back to Paradise Island, we will stay at Comfort Suites and not at Atlantis.
