The staff here is fantastic and most delightful. They will help with anything you need. The setting is old world Bahamian. Clean and simple. Location was superb for my needs while in Nassau and i could not have been happier. Thank you to all at Club Land'or for providing me with a wonderful place to stay.

I was there many moons ago during the construction of the Atlantis and had a fantastic time. The Staff was very helpful and looked out for my well being. Based on the reviews, it looks like it's time to throw in the towel and make that deal with Atlantis. Atlantis has been trying to get their hands on that property for years
Take the money and run before your reputation is ruined.

I am an owner here and was appalled by the appearance on my last visit. July 2017. The rooms are dirty, outdated, roach infested, showing bed bug residue, and understocked. The pool is old and you wind up swimming with paint chips. there is no entertainment, the shuttle is sometimey and you pay for the rides.
The hotel manager, Mr. Ellis, chose to deal with my complaints by calling another owner into our private meeting to call me a liar.
My things went missing then mysteriously reappeared 2 days later Mr. Ellis stated his staff doesn't steal.
Horrible Roaches,,, no customer service from the manager.
The other staff was helpful for the most part.

Club Land Or Time share was a waste of money. If I could give a score of -1. I took my wife there for my 1 yr anniversary and my wife and I was greeted by a Roach in our room. My room #108 was so out dated. The TV didn't work, The couch was being held together by duck tape. The kitchen and room looked like I stepped back in time to 1960s. All the money I've been paying for maint fee didn't go very far in renovating the room or the building. My wife didn't even want to lay down in the bed because the sheets didn't look clean.she laid towels down on the bed. I took my wife to dinner and they wanted me to pay 40 to 50 dollars a plate. My dinner was suppose to be inclusive. We took a flight back home because we couldn't stay another night. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I give this place a 1 star because that's the lowest I can go. I was excited to have a stay at this resort because online sells it really well! Not to mention I have stayed over Paradise Island on many occasions and love staying in the different properties. But when I got to the hall way to get to my room, I was greeted with a very old musky odor that smelled as though the carpets were wet and haven't changed in years. Then when I got to the room, the AC was hardly on, the room is very small and really outdated! The shower is barely enough room to move comfortably! To have been so excited to stay and have a huge disappointment as such, really bothers me. I would not recommend staying here until they are fully renovated. I am cutting my stay short because I cannot stand to stay there another night.

We stayed many years ago in fact it was I believe 1999 which was decent at the time food was good staff was great then Came back in 2004 and realized how dated it was and never went back.

Stuff and service is fine it's just due to good renovation. Everything needs to be renovated and yes i came here to relax i still need internet connection at my room! I don't have to go to lobby for it. Food must be better for the price i payed.
