They don't exchange foreign currency great staff . housekeeping is amazing good laundry facilities including Express within 8 hours laundry. Nice restaurant and bar and breakfast buffet included with your stay.

Everything looks old and worn. I would rather stay in a different hotel. Don't expect much. One of the lights doesn't work. The fourth floor smells like pee. I'm just being honest. I expected a tidy 3-4 star hotel but it is far from what I expected. Not up to today's standards. IBIS is much better at this price/category range.

Very well located to attend events at the WTC. Large rooms, with comfortable beds, desk and TV. Good bathroom, with spacious shower, although a bit oldish. Good breakfast, with variety of teas, sweets and other food.

Excellent location. The rooms are larger than the average and the furniture very new. The breakfast is reasonably good (somewhat above the average). The reception team is very kind (though one of my requests was not met).
