Beautiful place, with taxi access near by, the employees were very polite and helpful. The food was really good and there were plenty of options to choose, nice and complete menu.

Estava com problema na reserva que fiz por site de terceiros e não fizeram o mínimo esforço para ajudar a solucionar e nem propuseram uma solução, mesmo eu mostrando todos os comprovantes. Fiquei por mais de 2 horas esperando até que resolvi cancelar a reserva e procurar outro hotel. Atendimento muito ruim.

Otima acomodações, café da manhã excelente. Tive problemas com a minha reserva, sem solução. Foi reservado quarto com cama de casal e recebi um quarto com duas camas de solteiro. Atendendes da recepção não simpáticos e sem compromisso com a resolução de casos

Good:
Good staff and room standards (king bed, pillows, shower), excellent breakfast, and a regular TV channel selection (although it's a small TV).

Bad:
Really poor Internet services (free slow service, or paid "by device" internet service, but even the paid one is poor quality and slow - also it was unavailable for a day, and they charged me). Frequently you will face long checkout lines, and the staff ignores the Melia platinum priority on the lines and by charging the internet.

Food is great with fresh froots etc. But smell of the restroom is terrible. This can kill even best hotel.

TRYP has nice facilities for company events. They served a nice coffee break. The only problem was the lack of recepcionists to guide the incoming people to the correct place.
