I was there for an event and the catering food was amazing! restrooms were also very clean!

It's a good hotel with amazing space for meetings. Rooms are comfortable, but dated. The location is not the best either. Unless you have a car or is willing to get cabs, don't expect to find anything in walking distance.

This hotel has a nice little park surrounding the facilities. There are a lot of offers e.g. a big gym, tennis courts, a pool, massages two restaurants which it's very nice. But the building itself an the rooms are pretty old and to my opinion outdated. But my biggest concern as an international guest was that nearly nobody except the receptionist speaks or even understands English. This is even more important because this hotel has an extraordinary account of employees offering their services which was not helpful because of the lack of language skills.

Great hotel! Thanks room has plenty of space and offer great comfort. The bathroom is vary good, with great showers. The restaurant is wonderful as well.

Very helpful staff but no one speaks much English anywhere but the front desk which can be difficult if you're not fluent in Portuguese. Internet also cuts off often but is fast when working

Seems to be pretty good. Since I've only attended to a professional event, I've only seen the conference rooms, but their qualities didn't disappoint me at all.

Very nice hotel, try and get a refurbished room with hardwood floors. Nice if expensive restaurant, but good bar food.
