Breakfast really good. International and national food. You can feel that food is natural. Good quality of food. Rooms are comfortable.

Pricey for the quality of the rooms but strategic location for sure! The restaurant has good buffet meals every day and the waiters are very nice.

The hotel is decent and the staff are polite and courteous. The only set back was the card lock system and the inconvenience it caused during my stay.
To make up for the frustration I asked for a beer and Pringles each night and management agreed :).
I felt the hotels imagery of the rooms didn't match the one I stayed in. Ever though they look modern my room was tired and run down.
The breakfast is good, the gym is well appointed and being across the street from a mall the location is perfect..
After visiting the Grand Hyatt for a spa treatment and being able to afford it on my next visit to Sao Paulo I will be staying there :)response / report this review -

I've stayed at the other Blue Tree in Sao Paulo, and this one is nicer, plus the location is great. Right across from a shopping mall, and good restaurants within walking distance.
Room was comfortable and spacious. Room service was prompt and delicious.
Only complaints: they had some trouble with my keycard multiple times, and it would have been nice to have complimentary bottled water. I spent a lot on water from the minifridge and roomservice.response / report this review -

Decent Hotel. Their King size beds are actually 2 full size beds pushed together. It does not work when sleeping alone. And it doesn't work when sleeping with a partner! You end up alone on one side of the bed because of the raised rail running up the middle of the bed where the end of the two mattresses meet. Decent Hotel. Nice rooms. Decent breakfast. Bad beds!

Good hotel. However, hot water is an issue, at least floor 15 and above. Waiting time at elevator is long. Price is right.

The hotel is great but the jacuzzi wasn't working and that sucks, and the gym has too less equipment they should have more. All the other things are great, and the experience was amazing even with the problems

Nice hotel with a very friendly staff. They have English speaking staff as well and the accommodations are comfortable and clean. Right next to the Shopping centers Morumbi and Marketplace!

The hotel is amazing! It has a very good location, very comfortable rooms. The pool located at the roof is part outside and part indoor. The breakfast is nice with many options (just missed some cakes and "candy" stuff) I've not used the services so I cannot review it.

Location is easy to reach between two Shopping Centers and lots of restaurants options. The meeting hall is good, very high ceilings. We had a bad experience with the air conditioning, it was either too cold or too hot. The inside of the hotel lobby is well planned and maintained.
