Overall a great stay here.it's clean.staff is friendly and helpful.good location.right next to beach..breakfast is awesome.buffett and plentiful.and free which is great.room was spacious modern and clean. Pool on the roof was small and a little sad..that was a little disappointing but you really don't need it.. .you're in Riothe ONLY super annoying thing was the room key kept not working and we had to walk down and have it reprogrammed a few times.this is very frustrating after a long day out and you just want to walk into your room..but overall I would absolutely recommend..everyone was super friendly I have to reiterate that!!!

Staff was very nice, welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was amazing, bed was comfy and shower spacious, so all the essentials were covered. The room and window were small and furniture were on the old side. Location was great, just a block from Copacabana Beach.

Great staff, attentive and aim to please. Rooms are basic, but clean and comfy and in a good location. Only downside was our room smelt a little musty. But the coffee is great that they serve for breakfast band you are just over the road from the beach!

This hotel is situated in a quiet street a few hundred metres from Copacabana Beach. It provides a great buffet breakfast with a large selection of food. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful even though the majority speak very little English. Some may say the rooms are a little small, but I was in a twin share and found it more than adequate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for competitively priced accommodation in a popular tourist precinct.

I stayed at the Windsor Martinique Hotel for NINE nights when I visited Rio for Carnival last year (Feb 2015). Overall, this was my first trip to Brazil and I didn't know what to expect, but knew our home base would be critical.

Our hotel was conveniently located to most everything - we walked to Copacabana Beach, which was just across the street, and we walked to Ipanema (a nice calorie burner) as well. The quick three minute walk from the hotel to the beach at 5:20am allowed us to see the MOST beautiful sunrises.

The rooms were fine. Nothing fancy, but enough room within a two bed room for the both of us. I can also say I've never been so appreciative to have a private toilet/bathroom. They are hard to come by in Rio. The pool looked bigger on the website than in person (slightly disappointing), but I've learned when to complain in a third world country

like when you have food poisoning for four days. Be grateful for the bathroom!!!

The rooms had nice air conditioning and the service staff from the main desk (who makes great recommendations for dining and activity) to the cleaning staff (who put up with my sub par Portuguese) were kind and attentive. I'd certainly stay again.

Nice hotel and great rooms. The service is very friendly too. The pool at the roof sounds more expecting than it is but you have the beach directly around the corner.
