O lugar é bom. Pelo custo benefício da localização, vale muito a pena. A roupa de cama e banheiros limpos e os atendentes bastante cordiais.

O hostel possui ótima localização, quarto ajeitado e ambientes de convivência bons. No entanto, há problemas com água nos banheiros e o atendimento não se mostra pronto a resolver o problema. No mais, o hostel é bom.

O hostel teve problemas com água, por varias vezes a água esteve desligada ou quando ligada, extremamente gelada, durante o tempo que estivemos lá estava muito frio. Estavamos em um grupo grande e muitos de nós foi tomar banho na academia SmartFit. No entanto o hostel é muito bem localizado, perto de metrô e mercado. Os quartos são simples e eles tem um barzinho bem legal no ultimo pavimento. Espero que melhorem a questão da água.

No doors on showers and toilets, no locks on the ones that do. Other bathroom was filthy and no toilet roll. My pillow was in a thick plastic pillow case which felt weird and was loud when moving.

Nice place, lots of events organized, cleaning staff lives there. The only negatives are that the hostel is difficult to locate having a very small entrance and sign and that entering the hostel there's a very long staircase to climb before reaching the reception. But other than that I had a positive experience there. Good breakfast and wifi. The bar on the top floor is nice, but it closes early.

I was there for a party and the staff were nice and the rooftop plave is very good for meetings and gatherings with friends.

The hostel is really near the subway and bus station. Also has a market in front of it. The rooms has bathrooms with hot water. Hostel also has a TV room, cinema room and bar.

Nice hostel, well located in a safe area near metro stations, malls and restaurants. There's free internet but only works well in the kitchen, the main and second floor. The bathrooms are huge, but can be improved, walls and the floor were cracked during my staying. Beds are small and tall people could have problems fitting, also the mattress wasn't that comfy either
Breakfast is included and has breads, ham, cheese and coffee, could be a good option for you if this is a must in your booking. There's a buffet restaurant in the first floor and you can get a discount if you're a guest in the hostel, don't expect to be a big saving but still it's something.
Most of the staff is nice and give you hints and recommendations for places to go in Sao Paulo, the hostel has arrangements with tours and you can get nice discounts also. There's a bar in the rooftop where you can go and hang out with other guests.
In general, it was a nice experience staying at this hostel and I recommend it, specially if you're traveling alone. I would stay here again.response / report this review -

Good hostel with ample kitchen and common areas. Fair breakfast. Showers and bathroom could be a little nicer. Meetup group goes to bar on Wednesdays or at least did when I visited. Good opportunity to connect with intl travelers, Brazilians, and local Paulistanos. Other nights the bar is dead. It closed around 10:30. Weren't allowed to finish bar beers downstairs in hostel lounge (even though we bought them in the hostel?!). Interrupted makeout. No hookup for you!

This hostel is no longer here. There is another one up the street near the Trianon metro: Hostel Paulista. Nice hostel with roof bar.

Staff was not helpful with booking tours or taxis around. Mostly people on business when we visited. It did have a private room for us with own bathroom which was nice. Lots of different common areas. Just not the atmosphere I wanted. Good walking distance to main shopping area.

Good location close to subway,cafe and restaurang and itau rental bikes. Great atmosphere and a nice rooftop bar. At Friday a free hot-dog but hurry. Nice and professional staff. the beds are not for petite size people.

Positive:
Excellent location, close to subway station, lots of bus lines, plenty of activities nearby.
Rates were good.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Complimentary towels and soap and shampoo.
Negative:
Women's bathroom got flooded by a guest and was then closed for the *whole weekend*.
Although I booked a room with a private bathroom for my wife and me, we got a room without a private bathroom. The staff were kind enough to admit their mistake and offered us a room at the other location (Vila Mariana) which we didn't take because we really wanted this location.
No air conditioning.
I will probably NOT stay there again but I WOULD recommend it to friends who are not travelling as a couple.response / report this review
