Nice hotel, the check in process was very long. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Is a very secure hotel. Food is very good. The rooms are kept very clean, cleaning staff did an awsome job.

Nice Hotel, great location in Sāo Paulo, big and clean rooms. The price is fair and cheap during the weekend. I can recommend the breakfast. Just the Swimmingpool could be improved!

The hotel is conveniently located in a good neighborhood in Sao Paulo with lots of good restaurants near. The staff is friendly and helpful and their breakfast is decent. Every time I come here (work) I enjoy the stunning views over the city from their recently updated gym on the top floor. The rooms are spacious and clean, but could use an update. Some rooms I have been in have stains in the carpet or a shower that will shower the whole bathroom instead of just the shower. The WiFi is good.

Terrible service.
For breakfast, I ordered an omelete 2 times and it didnt come out. haha

Great staff and the rooms are very nice. Gorgeous graffiti in the restaurant and there's a giant Hulk statue in the lobby Can't beat that.
