Principalmente o serviço, elevadores e atendimento são muito demorados! Não tem shampoo no banheiro, e erraram o meu quarto, me fazendo trocar, não tem muitas opções de canais de tv e o restaurante nao tem uma boa capacidade de lugares, o que ocasionou filas nos dias que estive la! mas fora isso, o café da manhã é muito bom!

The place is strategic, close to Mckenzie University and the new subway station. It is a pity it is a little bit noisy because of Rua da Consolação.

Great location (nice place for shopping), central location. Simple place, but very nice food, nice beds for sleeping. Best cost-benefit for the location.

Just went there to pick up a box that was left for me. The front desk staff was very friendly but it took too long just to retrieve my box. Could be more efficient.

The worst place I've ever been for the price is charged. It is old and durty. People are nice. Haven't tried breakfast yet. Location is good. Bed is confortable in a noisy room.

The building is old, the hotel is not very modern but still clean, nice service and has a good price. Not to mention that it's really near Street "25 de Maio".

The room was good, but the breakfast was not spectacular. For the price I expected more. It is located in a location central to ever, however it is very dangerous, a friend of mine was robbed at the door.
