Very low standard for that price. Bad - only one thing which is ok, but all the rest is dirty, stinky, ugly. Forget about gym (creepy & small). Stinky cold sauna and ugly, dirty swimmingpool. Forget about nice restaurant with good food. (we tried today "pizza" in bar for 30r$, dont ever do that mistake. Small tost with a lot of chees - its a bad joke, no comment). Breakfast are poor and the same every day - so be sure you are not booking for longer than 1 day hotel, only fresh juice is good :) Hotel should has 1 star like it got from me.

Pestana São Paulo has a very privilege location being close to Av. Paulista, a comercial center. The rooms are very large, with a beautiful window that shows the city skyline, but the bathrooms are a little outdated with a minor remodeling in order. The staff is very attentive and polite and any requests are attended.

It was clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Service was always friendly and they offer baggage holding for a long time (I left mine for a few months in between stays, while I hitchhiked).

I spent only one night at thos hotel but deeply regret it. The room and bathroom were spacious but the furniture looked like an afterthought where furniture from a much smaller room were placed there. Only one of the plugs was of the brazilian standard, making charging more than one thing at a time very difficult. Not very good for a business hotel. The worst part was the noise . I could hear every word my neighbours were saying although they were talking normally. The elevator made it sound like somebody was moving furniture around the floor above us. Unfortunately, despite several complaints, the hotel staff didn't seem to care much.

Complete disaster!
My husband and me arrived the hotel and nobody helped us to unload the luggage.
It was raining, we had to get the luggage cart ourselves and then we had to personally ask the valet parking guy to park our car.
The hotel promised to give us a free fruit tray, but it was never delivered.
The room was cleaned, but they didn't replace the bath towels, and they simply removed the bed blanket. After we complained about the bad blanked they sent us a very low quality blanket incompatible with the kind of hotel.
The double deluxe room was too simple compared the hotel daily rate. When we got the room there was a noisy black box on the table, it was a air purifier, it was very strange and loud.
I believe we won't come back to this hotel. It's not compatible with the Pestana name, price, quality and service.response / report this review -

Had a nice experience. They should improve the amenities kit. Breakfast was OK. Had a problem with the bathroom and the water heating but they solved it quickly.
