Vale a pena a estadia!

Had to stay here because we were denied boarding by LATAM. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Nothing around this hotel, so you're kinda trapped and isolated. Rooms were dated and uncomfortable. Service was minimal or bad (see below), WiFi was spotty/slow, food was good, key cards occasionally failed requiring multiple trips back and forth, and bottled water a rip off.

Check-in was quick, but the staff screwed up in a few ways. We selected a shuttle time for the following morning, and because the staff said we wouldn't need our taxi voucher, she kept it. In the morning, upon checkout, we were told we had no shuttle reservation and there was no more available seats before our flight so we had to pay for a cab. It took twenty minutes of arguing for them to finally conceded to giving us a free taxi ride there - we were polite, matter of fact, but the clerk gave us so much attitude, was dismissive, and tried to blame us for their mistakeso because time was of the essence, I really had to lay in to her and escalated it to the manager who was also unwillingly at first, until we used volume. 😠😤😤 Pathetic.

Terrible service. I arrived after a long flight and the personal at check-in couldn't find my booking that was already paid. They repeated several times that there was no reservation under my name. Then they asked form my passport, later they as to go with my passport to a different room out of my sight with my passport. I refused. Finally they found my reservation, after I showed several times my confirmation number and payment receipt, but they asked me for extra money if I wanted to check-in right now, if not I would like to wait up to 12 pm. I asked to leave my bags in a luggage or storage room, they put it next to the counter and refused to give me any receipt for my luggage. We are the same people, they said. Horrible service. Zero hospitality. The hotel was already expensive without the early check in rate, being in the middle of nowhere.

Rooms are clean, basic and you get a good night's sleep. Meals are buffet style, but good, with fresh veggies and three-four meat types. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Not a lot in the neighborhood, but if you need a place for a night's rest before or after your flight thru GRU, you could do a lot worse.

Not a bad hotel - rooms are small but cozy and the bathroom is nice as well. If you get a window facing the street, be ready to hear some noise! It seemed like the window was open at first, since I could hear every noise coming from the street!!! Other than that, I'd recommend this hotel for a quick stay, as it's cheap and it more than does the job. The breakfast is very good.

BASICALLY NO SERVICE IN THE RESTAURANT. BUFFET WAS HORRIBLE. WANTED TO ORDER A LA CARTE AND WAS LIED TO AND SAID THAT THERE WAS NONE INITIALLY UNTIL I QUERIED IT. ASKED FOR BATHROOM AMENITIES AND WAS NEVER DELIVERED TO ROOM.

The hotel is well located and has easy access. The event room "Pantanal" offers good resources for a workshop. The coffee break is regular, but the restaurant is great.
