Rooms are nice and well appointed. Excellent location in a nice residential area just off a bustling commercial strip with lots of good food and cultural activities.

It is a very pretty and reasonably priced hotel. The food os great! That said, the price has been slowly creeping up. It used to be a bargain, now its just reasonable.

Hotel service was really good, bedrooms were really comfortable with great bathroom and kitchen and excellent room temperature control. I could not try the gym or pool because I had little time. A pity that the people at the entrance couldn't communicate very well and had few ideas about the place.

Great location, really close to Paulista Avenue and MASP (the most important art museum of the city), about 5-7 minutes on foot of the nearest subway station, Trianon-Masp. The service is great, really fast check-in and check-out. The refrigeration system of the rooms has no need for remote controls, it's a thermostat on the wall next to the bed and has multiple entrances of air, leaving the room at the temperature you wish very quickly. Excelent shower, really strong water flow and easy water temperature control. Good comfortable bed.

Good option for price paid. Excellent location close to Avenida Paulista and in the same street that São Paulo mall. Room is quite big with a living room that has a sofa bed and the bedroom. Breakfast was included and had a good selection of food. Only one elevator was working and sometimes waiting for it was too much.

Nicely situated. Solid rooms. The gym needs renovations. The free breakfast is a necessary plus. Taxis always available. Pool and Sauna. Staff speaks enough English to get you through the day. They check room numbers with names at breakfast. Learn the number. Lol
