was there for night picking up family in transit. for one night not too bad. the building istelf has a nice design and its close to the airport which is the good. breakfast wasn't too bad either although i could have expected more for the price tag.

A 3 Star Hotel. The stuff really polite and helpful. Delicious buffet and breakfast. Rooms are ok. Bed terrible they should renovate the mattress.

The place is good and the reception too. I was looking for a flat for renting and all my doubts was answered. The clerk showed me the room. I didn't stayed there but the attendment was very good.

Checking in took too long. They had to deal with many unnecessary details and we had to sign three different forms.
The breakfast was chaotic. First we could not find the dishes to get breakfast. Than there were no fork and knife on the table. We had to open the drawers around to find fork and knife. Than there was no hot water for tea. Replacing the finished food took always long. We had to wait separately for cheese, bread, and some other food. At 10:00 a waiter came and asked us to leave the restaurant saying breakfast finished.
It was the worst organized breakfast I ate in a hotel.

Not too bad, the hotel is a bit dated, i got a day room for a 10 hour layover between flights in Sao Paulo, got a good room price on bookings dot com, if I had paid the regular price i saw on their board at reception then i would probably have felt a bit ripped off, the buffet breakfast was nice. Staff friendly and the free shuttle to and from the airport was useful, but then the main reason i chose this hotel was because of the free airport shuttle.

Hotel has a good service. When we ask to bring baby crib, they said they would, but never did. The furniture in room is old with lead paint. The breakfast was ok.

It's a simple hotel, where Latam clients and staff stay. The service at the reception is good. There's a buffet for dinner, breakfast and lunch. The buffet is average. The rooms are good and comfortable. Great bed, big flat TV, nice shower. The acoustics is not so good though. Because of the layout of the hotel with a big atrium, there's a lot of noise coming up.

Hotel close to the airport providing shuttle to and from the airport. Big rooms but could use a little renovation in the bathroom. The staff was very helpful. Great food at the restaurant and the breakfast was really nice!

We were put in this hotel after a long airline delay meant we missed our connection. Most other visitors to the hotel seem to be in a similar situation so there is a general atmosphere of exhaustion and unhappiness. Facilities are basic but ok. The buffet meals are close to inedible.
