Hotel was great. Room was great. A bit of a walk to get to things stand the area. The food at the hotel was expensive and was okay. Otherwise it was a great stay.

A grand place, my 2nd 5 star experience here in Brazil. Didn't stay here but had a meeting in their grand club section. The place did not disappoint.

Excellent facilities. Especially gym. Toiletries and service is excellent especially if you're a business traveler. Furniture needs changing and refurbishing and moquette needs to go.

I was on the VIP floor (9th) and had a suite, 931. It was an excellent room with lots of windows facing north and west. Really lovely bathroom and washing area. The only downside is that it's far from the old downtown. Allow yourself plenty of time especially during the São Paulo traffic problems. Very clean room and excellent cleaning staff. Please don't forget to leave monetary tips for the people who clean your rooms. They're the ones that make the experience worthwhile.

Fantastic service. There was an emergency maintenance issue and the Assistant front desk manager Rodrigo made our stay much better than anticipated. He personally delivered plates of food and drink during the outage and ensured we were well taken care of. The club lounge staff were very kind and attentive. The hotel appears to be well maintained. Would most certainly stay here again

Great service. Nice rooms with great views. Huge bathrooms. One odd thing was the beds don't have fitted sheets. This must be a local thing as a couple people I knew also staying here said the same thing.

One of the most luxurious hotels in Sao Paulo, with a good, safe location. Rooms are well sized, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms. 10-15 min walk from one of the top shopping centers.

The hotel is easily reached by car, on a great spot if you are in a business or leisure trip. The spa and pools are great, rooms are big, very clean and comfortable. The staff is great, polite and efficient. The Japanese restaurant is absolutely fantastic. It is a premium hotel, with a premium price tag.

Great American style hotel (somewhat different from Brazilian hotels). In a corporate area of Sao Paulo, right across from Globo TV, near installations of several international companies like Nestle, P&G an a couple of blocks away from Morumbi and Market Place shopping centers. Has an ample room, with king size bed and a desk. Bathroom with clear glass enclosure shower and a separate tub. Beautiful view of the city and Octavio Frias de Oliveira bridge.
