Very small apartment. The place is just for a bed and a large refrigerator (in which only water is available). Room dirty, a lot of women's hair, the impression that the rooms were not cleaned. In the shower, on the walls and floor of the old fungus. air conditioning on the second day has broken, the minimum temperature which was kept ln 25 degrees.

hotel is in the center of lapa/rio dejanero. please note that lapa is the party district of rio dejanero.

Rooms are clean and nice. For the area, the hotel is far superior to the surroundings. It is on the outskirts of the Lapa district. About 4-5 blocks away is the nice part of Lapa, so you have to walk through some more local or sketchy and quiet areas. Not my cup of tea. Across the street is a hardware store and market. There are two local corner restaurants that are open air for locals. Just be aware that at night and especially on weekends, be sure to take taxis to avoid any concerns.
