  The Arcos Rio Palace Hotel is located in a great, boemian and turistic neightborhood in Rio de Janeiro. Close to one of the most recognized cachaça bar. The estructure is very good and the indoor design very match with this beautiful city. The rooms are confortables and clean. The hotel takes advantage having a pool.

  Minha esposa tinha reservado com a recepcionista um tour pela cidade no chek in a mesma não estava mais no hotel e nao havia deixado nada reservado o atendente não soube nos orientar sobre o que fazer Então fomos para quarto e para nossa surpresa 2 camas de solteiro para nos q estavamaos comemorando 3 anos de casamento reclamos e teocaram a gente de quarto a localização do hotel é facil mas não é legal cheio de bares ao redor bagunça 24 hrs a limpeza era boa o café da manhã muito bom

  The hotel is very well located in town, near the Arcos Da Lapa. The rooms have much space with locker, bathroom, closet and hair dryer.

  Overcharged. Very very basic hotel. Not hot water in the bathroom sink. Wifi is extremely slow. Breakfast buffet is like that of my old boarding school. An old faux wool blanket in the wardrobe to use in addition to sheets. Staff cannot speak English properly or at all.
