We stayed in this hotel twice in 2016 and 2018 and did not regret, the only downside that Center of Rio is deserted during evenings, nights and. On weekends, so it becomes dangerous to walk around On weekdays during the day there is no problem to walk around

Usually stay here when I go to my company's office in Rio since it's a walking distance from it and a short walk from the Santos Dumont airport. Breakfast is good, shower is strong and hot and the decoration is a bit outdated. The 3 stars rating is because I once had a cockroach in my room.

The hotel doesn't alow visitors. I've tryied to see a friend and the recepcionist doesn't alow me to get up to the room. Poor service. They doesn't show me the rule. Just saw I can't go.

A very good hotel in a prime location. Close to lapa and flamengo and everything in between. The staff here were extremely helpful to us on our visit. Our Portuguese was very limited and if the staff we were speaking to couldn't help us (and usually they could) then they got someone who could. The food was great and the bar and pool on the roof is a great bonus. The views, especially from the roof, are amazing. It's close and convenient to pretty much everything you would want to see in Rio. They gave us advice on where to eat at night if we didn't fancy the hotel restaurant. We used the hotels car to take us to trem do corcovado. They do everything they can to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay at the Windsor Astaurius and I would like to stay there again on my next visit to Rio de Janeiro.

Nice and large room. Location is very central and service is nice. Only a few employees speak English, and there's not much variation in the breakfast buffet. Besides that, the breakfast buffet was pretty nice.

It's a very nice location for business. Breakfast is good but what I like more was the installations. Very cozy place.

Value for money. Excellent breakfast. Very good customer service also recommend us tour options of Rio de Janeiro. Next to subway station Cinelandia
