Amazing hotel. Very stylish and makes me feel at home every time I enter here. All the staff are attentive and welcoming. All my expectations of this hotel have and continue to be met 😊

I really want to thank the young front desk staff for their amazing customer service. It was some of the best I've seen throughout my travels. The ceviche in the restaurant was fresh and delicious!

Nice place. Strange the free drink if you are a gold member is just a beer or o juice here.. Everywhere else you can have your Caipirinha.. But service rooms food perfect value.. Parking should be included.. But ok

Nice hotel and building, but could be better with little.
Examples: room lighting was VERY dim, no glass for water in the bathroom, empty frigobar, only ONE towel for face, hands and body, the breakfast is good but not quite what you find in other hotels (few options). Also, regarding maintenance, the hot water from the tub didn't work although it was fixed while I was there. The air conditioning was faulty and the last night I had to turn it off.response / report this review -

1. First Day - arrive. Someone threw up (vomit) on the lift (first impression: dirty and don't care)
2. First night - someone ENTER INTO our apartment around midnight with master key (the porter said it was a mistake by an officer). Scar, fear, invasion of privacy. We scream and din't see the woman with someone!!!
3. Breakfast- we made the reservations with breakfast include but the porter said we didn't. After (another porter, in the morning, more attentive asked us to send the e-mail for Ibis to prove and liberated us to had the breakfast. The machine had a problem and didn't have eggs in the morning

Funcionários mau orientados . Estava com o carro parado na frente e estavam pintando a lateral do hotel, logo, meu carro ficou todo com tinta e o próprio controlador de acesso havia pedido para colocar aonde tinha colocado. A gerência veio ver e não manifestou nenhuma atitude para resolver meu problema, pelo contrário, ficou quietinha para passar em branco e quando questionei ainda falou que não deveria estar com o carro ali. Não volto mais.

Talvez por ainda estar em reformas, o quarto apresentava alguns problemas bem irritantes, dentre eles, o mais irritante foi um barulho de água no encanamento, ou coisa do tipo; isso associado a cama que parecia um colchonete, me fez ter uma noite de sono terrível! No entanto, o café da manhã é ótimo.

It was a pretty nice experience. As my first time at an Ibis Styles, the decoration and overall style of the hotel - including the staff clothing - made quite a nice impression on me. Other than that, the attention to detail, cleaness an service quality were all on point, as I've come to expect from any Accor hotel.
Only problems we got were related to the recent reform the restaurant has been passing through - the staff actually did an overwhelming great job on the breakfast though, considering it was the second day since the restaurant reopened, and I've never seen so many people at the same time for the meal.
I'll definitely book this hotel again.response / report this review -

All staff were very helpful and friendly. I checked in at night and needed milk for my baby and that could not be arranged - which was disappointing. Great location, very good breakfast, extra pillow and duvet that were in a plastic bag smelled bad.

Location is awesome, staff was nice, breakfast was included and good. The room had a small fridge that could be used if you wanted to. The only downside was that the room was dark.
