International travelers should be aware that the hotel does not provide a clothes iron for use. You must use their dry cleaning/pressing service (note this service is not available on Sunday).

Otherwise the hotel is nice. Staff is friendly and front desk all speak fluent English.

Feedback to hotel: the sleeping rooms smell musty but the beds are very comfortable.

Old hotel, nice neighborhood, still smells like cheap motel. Service at desk is very good, minibar in room. They don't have iron and iron table, you have to pay. Breakfast buffet is very good, coffee not so much.

Facilitated a class here for a client and have stayed twice over the past month. The hotel is nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was able to get by in English with no problem. There is a nice breakfast buffet daily with a wise choice of foods. Having stayed for two weeks I did not get tired of it. The 8th floor also has a nice VIP area with 24x7 coffee, tea and water as well as a limited breakfast selection in the morning. For international road warriors let me help set expectations. This is not a Marriott and it's not the concierge lounge but it is a nice, friendly place to stay.

Good services, polite and kind staff (thanks, Eloisa, Felipe, Claudinei and Debora for your kindness), nice breakfast, a good place to stay in a quiet environment. The hotel is very well located, in a silent street. There are some good facilities and stores around (500m - 1km). We would stay here again, for sure.

The service at the hotel was great, the staff are very polite and helpful. The breakfast is excellent, with many choices, all well done and yummy. Certainly I will be staying there again. Special thanks to the reception staff: Debora, Railan and Cristiano!

Don't be fooled by the pictures. Location is good if you have business in the area, but the building is not particularly new and lacs renovation and good maintenance. Air condition is not very efficient and room's furniture had better times. It is expected to be good cost/benefit choice, but there are much better choices in the neighborhood. Internet is provided, and breakfast is good.

This was a nice hotel. The staff was nice, the breakfast is your typical breakfast for Brazilian hotels. It is also located near a Carrefour and a mall that are within walking distance.

The rooms are just alright, mine smelled mould. The magnetic cards needed recharging way too often. The shower is good and the personnel is really receptive and polite. The breakfast is really good.

Bad smell in the rooms. Entire hotel needs an urgent renovation. No good food in the restaurant for dinner. Breakfast is OK but service is not the best.
