Me surpreendi positivamente, valeu muito a pena optar por me hospedar no Tryp. Check in eficiente, colaborados empáticos, quarto com bom isolamento acústico e vedação da luz pela manhã, banheiros um pouco antigos, mas são bem limpos, excelente café da manhã.

It is a very comfortable hotel, with all possible amenities you can expect from a 4 stars hotel. Price is reasonable for the location.

Great hotel in São Paulo. Well located, especially if you're in a business trip as it is really close to a lot of big companies. The rooms also have a jacuzzi range which is always nice.

i liked the location and staff but the rooms seriously need some renovations. if you are a business traveler this is a great hotel plus its very close to sao paulo domestic airport. i liked it overall but the rooms were a bit small and a bit old (ish). its also a bit over priced considering the quality being offered and lastly there is no swimming pool just a jacuzzi for which you need to pay 100 brazilian currency for 2 hours.

The overall experience with TRYP was good. The room is good, the bed is very comfortable, room service is perfect until now. The only thing that makes me not give 5 stars is the food. Breakfast was amazing, but dinner wasn't at the same level. We were very well attended. Also, we had a van that were available to take the costumer up to a 2km radius distance from the hotel. I'm currently attending to a event from the company I work so they allocated us here at TRYP. I'd recommend the whole thing because the overall experience has been pleasureble.
