Rooms were ok but small, location is great but there was no pool and service lacked quality. I had to frequently make requests more than once and hitel was at best understaffed.

They helped me change to single bed room without a problem, they even offered to move my luggage themselves. Went to work, came back and all was sorted out! Great

Overall we had a very good experience in the Estanplaza, the staff was really welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was very good! The quality of the rooms was also very high as well as very silent. Definitely recommend it!

It's an amazing place. Located nearby the station service train Vila Olímpia, the hotel have clean and comfortable rooms. The room service is awesome and certainly we can feel at ease.
