This hotel look clean and nice but is extremely noisy. You can hear even if someone is sneezing in the other room. If you are there to rest make sure you have earplugs.

Nice and comfortable hotel. Near the airport. Clean. Modern and very lighted. I did not give the extra star because the eating options are very limited in the hotel and null nearby.

I stayed here in August and it was wonderfull. Now in October it's a complete different story When I first got my room my airconditioning was broken. I went down to the reception and it was fixed quickly. Then later my room was not cleaned. I went down to the reception again and they said they'd send someone. When I arrived in my room after 2 hours, it was still not cleaned. Then later in my stay my airconditioning was broken again. I went down to the reception again and they said they'd send someone. Nobody came. Also there are often for a long time food remains in front of people's doors. Complementary water and coffee is often not supplied again

Wonderful staff! Very friendly and welcoming. Beautiful hotel and nice rooms, beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here! They made our stay exceptional!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, there is a free shuttle service from 6am to 11pm, passing at least to/from T2 and T3
It's quite a modern hotel and executive floor is marvelous.
There's plenty of space at the bar and restaurant is good too.
There is a sauna opened until 10 pm, and massage offer I believe until 9pm.
Room rates are though a bit pricey. The rate I paid did no include breakfast which for a 4 or 5 star hotel, I would expect to have it included

The hotel is nice. ..the hall is pretty the rooms are big enoughfood is great and staff very friendly .however amenities are very little even the toilet roll was not there. ..i had to ask for it but that was just for me. however if you want a spoon they will charge you extra for getting it to the room !! They will inform you though ,so nothing unexpected.

Terrible location. Can't walk anywhere. Does have a shuttle bus to the airport though. Dated rooms. Very limited menu for room service. Friendly staff at the reception. Bathrooms are a disaster with water pooling in the shower area of most rooms. It's downright dangerous as one can slip quite easily. Shower heads are ancient trash. Wash basins invariably don't drain well. Decent executive lounge. Decent bar with fellow entrapped guests crowding it. Does have poolside service for drinks and food.

Reception Staff is very sweet, looks helpful and polite. However the room service is horrible. I was waiting for cup of hot water 1 hr and didn't get it. The customer service landline never been answered, so if u need smth u have to go to reception. Laundry: I got my blouse back the same as gavewith stainjust steamed. Rooms are very old and carpets are so smelly. Hairdryers in bathrooms are falling down from the wall and showing all wires behind the sockets! But beds are very comfortable and pillows are amazing. Breakfast BUFFET is very good. Parking is expensive.
