Great staff. Hotel itself is a little out of date especially from the outside. It's recently been renovated om the inside so that's a plus. Nice restaurants, bar, great salons.

They have the best hashbrown cakes I've ever had. Seriously guys they're so good. Also very nice room and friendly staff if you care about that. I can't stop thinking about the hash browns.

Overall experience was pretty good. Best part is the breakfast, swimming pool n jacuuzi. Rooms are spacious n nice.
Few points which can be improved, room was not ready when we arrived, room door stopper was not there.

Intercontinental is very nice looking and comfortable with stylish rooms. spa and drawings. car parking and lawns. pool also with fresh water. you can enjoy a good healthy and safe environment here. amazing atmosphere inside and outside. a good achievement by management of Hotel. really enjoyed here. overall nice and great.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. You have a great experience as you enter. Elegant surroundings, modern meets Arabic taste. Quiet pool and cozy spa above car park building offers great views of the souk next door. At the Mezzanine area you find an elegant pool overlooked by the modern Asian fusion restaurant. Your rooms are comfortable with beds to Intercontinental high standards. Overall experience is highly recommended.

Great business hotel with well appointed rooms, great service, and a perfect gym to keep up active on the road. Lounge has great food, and breakfast spread is good for anything you could want.

The service was great. the rooms were spacious and well maintained. the breakfast buffet is excellent with a variety of international dishes. the parking lot is small and limited but they do have valet parking.

Room and service is excellent. Breakfast was also outstanding. They were kind enough to let me do an early check in. The pool is not that big but is still awesome, i haven't tried it though because its cold outside at the moment.

5 stars hotel with 5 stars services. This was one of the earliest international hotels to start buisness in Bahrain, and till today it is one of ones still holding ground in the buisness.

Great hotel with great staff. The hotel itself is super modern with excellent rooms and amenities. The staff are superb, who get to know the preferences of regular visitors really well. I haven't dined there but breakfast is excellent. Both bars get a good crowd and have a good selection of drinks with Downtown offering good entertainment.

I've stayed at numerous Intercontinental Hotels, and I have to say that this is one of the best out there! The concierge are fantastic, made me feel like I mattered and that I was given everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. The restaurants onsite are a little pricey but the quality and the staff are extraordinary. If I'm ever going to be in Bahrain soon, this would be my hotel of choice, hands down.

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights. The reception staff are very good and although we arrived late at night, we had fast check-in and were in our room fast.
The hotel is very modern, clean, and comfortable. We slept very well on comfortable bed.
Rooms are clean and tidy.
We enjoyed time by the pool for drinks and enjoyed eating at the restaurant. The Downtown nightclub was good.
My only let down was staff at the downtown nightclub, when they took too long to return my credit card. I had to go and get it, as we had waited several minutes after I had entered pin number. There is no need to walk away when they have a potable credit card machine.
Well done to most staff and top compliments to the housekeeping staff.

Some hotels go above and beyond and this is definitely one of them! I LOVE staying there, they are so incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful from the moment you check in. The rooms are lovely, gym is fantastic and pool area is serene! Stay on the club level to make your visit even more memorable!
