its a good hotel ,due to nearest of police station ,so its very safe ,besides this in other websites from booking can be done its mentioned ,free airport shuttle and nightclub available,there isn't anything like that,they don't provide free airport shuttle unless if you going to stay more then 2 weeks ,there was a club before ,which no longer exist there,its a good hotel for singles and families,but don't try there kitchen food it sucks ,just around the corner they have medcafe which serves good sheesha ,food ,breakfast and lots more ,then opposite side of the road mostly American restaurant you will find as well ,yes they need to fix there toilet issues ,otherwise over all its very nice hotel.

Is there worst than 1 star? I would give this hotel V.Bad regarding management specially the Indians, they don't understand in any way ore languages, when I discussed with them in some points (i.eg point #1 to point 10) they will start again to ask about point #1??!!
other staff are very good, cleanness is not OK, maintenance need for the light and the A.C controller, I couldn't reduce the A.C so I turned it off,
bad breakfast (because it is free!)
bad parking it is closed from one side?!
they have many other issues, they don't put slippers in W.C
they don't clear rooms regularly
bad lighting
TV only 5 or 6 channels and it is not OK!
in general it is bad :(
