This hotel is an excellent quality for the cost. Its spacious rooms, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, nice decorations all over, friendly personnel and prompt service made it a commendable experience. Sitting by the pool in the evening, I enjoyed to relax after busy days. Generally, Manama feels like a nice place to live, organised, not hectic, peaceful. If you happen to come here, I'm glad to recommend this hotel.

It has a disco, it has a gym, it has a pool, the rooms are spacious and open, the view is decent. Don't use the minibar, it's very expensive, like 15$ for a snickers bar expensive.

It's a very nice hotel in Bahrain. These guys are doing their best to satisfy the clients or customers.When I arrived at the airport their driver picked me up and drove to the hotel.He handled all my luggage too. He is a very friendly guy and we kept talking about city and culture all the way to the hotel. At hotel a warm reception was waiting. I met Mr.Ahmed at the from desk who welcomed me with a smiling face. He is a wonderful chap always welcoming guests with a smiling face. Honestly all staff is so very friendly that you feel at home. They offer a lot of serivses from airline booking to visa processing to pick and drop.
There is a wide variety of delicious good that they offer at their restaurants . I particularly liked the lamb chops and mixed grill at their restaurant. In short they made all my work easy by offering their services.
I would definitely recommend this place if you ever get of chance to come over to Bahrain.

The hotel was nice and clean with comfortable beds. However, the door lock got broken and we ended up waiting for over an hour for someone to fix it. The buffet food was not fresh. The juice was finished and the scrambled eggs made me feel sick.
Otherwise the philopeno staff were really nice and friendly, however the Indian staff were rude when we were leaving.
There is a 'SKYPE nights' club in the basement and it can become very noisy during the night.

Top class Hotel. With about four restaurants. A swimming pool on the third floor. Spacious rooms well furnished. Excellent buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.

A bit noisy in the evening with the nightclub downstairs. We stayed at the 4th floor.

Room was a bit small but manageable.
Service is ok, no problems.

Overall a good value. Come with little expectations and your stay will be ok.

Beware you will see bed bugs everywhere!!!

Staff at reception was horriable, i called at 2:30 AM because i could not sleep due to bed bugs and they said some one will come and check it but nobody came till next day afternoon.

Exprience was such a desaster that i checked out a day earlier even though i paid for complete stay upfront and no body even asked the reason of early checkout.

Never ever recommend thai place to anyone.

Switched to a twin room from junior suite at 2 AM after half an hour complain! We woke up with full of cigarette smoke coming inside the room 410 which was supposed to be a non smoking room. It must have come from either the adjacent room or through the bar on the next floor. It was strange that the receptionist had upgraded our non smoking super delux room reservation to a junior suite. And we thought the upgrade would help us to have a sound sleep after a tiring journey with our kids (less than 4 years) but it did not happen. Sorry to say but we had the worst experience with this hotel! Thanks to the receptionist. Once again "Nothing is free"!

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful. The location was a little isolated so I didn't see a lot of Bahrain but a happy guest .
