Fantastic property !!
Rooms are really specious, comfortable and clean.
Breakfast has been upgraded and has live stations!
The pool is temperature controlled and was perfect with an out door jacuzzi.
Staff at the reception and housekeeping are very pleasant plus the hotel is connected to seef mall.
Family oriented hotel and had baby sitting service !
Definitely recommended and will stay again.

Luxurious, Faboulous, Amazing Hotel.

Very welcoming & cooperative staff. Nice food. Clean and big size rooms. Connected with Mall. Stress free. Highly recommended either Business or leasure. I will definately come back again.

We had a very pleasant stay. The location is really the best, with direct access to Seef Mall. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. My 2 bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable, fully and nicely furnished and extremely spacious. My kids enjoyed all the facilities and the temperature controlled swimming pool. The gym is very well equipped. We enjoyed the saj bread and egg stations at breakfast.

Rooms are nicely furnished and comfortable, equiped with small kitchen which was great. Staff was friendly and eager to help. I was pleasantly surprised with the gym, for the hotel gym it is excellent. I do agree with the other review-ers that breakfast is substandard for hotel of such category. no fresh juice, Ness coffee only (for filter coffee you need to pay ?!?!) and buffet that is same every day. Eggs really had taste on not sure what.. but something not pleasant. All this would be fine for 3 star hotel but not for Fraiser so I decided to have breakfast at Paul bakery which is just in the mall next to hotel. it is only 1 min walk ( hotel is connected to mall).

The hotel is good, the staff very nice and helpful, but the food not that good. We stayed there for one month when we moved to Bahrain, and we suffered from the below average everyday breakfast

Has a nice Gents Retreat. The Five Stars are for their incredible Om Ali (the one with a Croissant is bad though)!😉

Easy accessibility to Seef Mall. Check-in was delayed for 2 hours when we arrived. Apartments are good.

Main problem is house keeping. There are shortages in everything especially in the toilets.
I asked one of the housekeeping staff to add more water and he said it will be chargeable.
AC problems continued and we didn't know if they came to repair it or not.

The service is amazing but the crowed sucks and the price is too high.
When I went to the pool a litterely saw people swimming with their cloths and pajamas which sucks.
I could also hear the noise of the people next door In 10:32 pm
Pool is small jaccusi is not a jacuzzi it's a liile pool with 2 degrees celeus higher than the normal pool.
People in the the pool were annoying. AND REALLY RELEGIOS AND RASIST TO PEOPLE THAT DONT BELEIVE IN THERE RELEGION
I do t recommend you to go to this hotel the khaleege hotel is amazing 10 restaurants and lower price I really reccomend people to go go there

Hotel serviced appartments right next to Seef Mall. Indoor parking, fast Wi-Fi and next door access to the mall and a key commercial area. Haven't stayed here, can't comment on rooms

This hotel is an average compared to those in the area. Overpriced just for the location! Don't expect a 5 star hotel at all. I'd rather go back to stay at Grand Mercure next door!
