  If you have physiotherapy appointment there
  They will most likely put a heating device first on your pain area. Then give you three stretching exercises for it and ask you to do them at home.
  Like for example I went for back pain, because beside having chronic pain, the doctor said i had pulled muscle. So reffered me to physiotherapy in ibn sina health centre.
  I would rate staff at physio as really bad service, not cooperative, plus they unnecessarily over invade your personal space. They don't tell you complete course of the plan of therapy (unless asked), they just say where's the pain and turn that side, that is it, not how many sessions, what you should expect to do today or anything. And they rush the session so fast like you are an unwanted guest.
  
  I would rather not go there again because of previous reason, and the simplicity of the process. Use hot compress and then do some stretches.

  Amazing team, Ms Layla in reception is patient friendly.
