Staff were friendly to me when I went for my LMRA Medical. That’s all I have to base this review on. I’m not even sure if I paid to much for it.

I called this morning on the 25th of December 2017 at around 11 AM to ask if they have a well-woman package, the operator had an attitude the whole time. She asked me which gyno to transfer my call to, listing 3 names which I don’t know since I’m a new patient. When I asked her to recommend one of them, her attitude went through the roof. She’s absolutely rude and doesn’t know how to handle phone calls, so I’m not interested in giving this hospital my business at all.

Racist hospital. Its filled with Indian and Bahrani staff. Maybe hire people from other casts to show your indifference.

An okay hospital with acceptable services, clinics are small, waiting rooms can can get extremely busy, building on in all is packed.
But overall they provide the necessary care required, with plenty of room for improvement.

It's one of the best hospitals in Bahrain. They have almost the best doctors in every department.
Their urology, pediatric, gynecology and infertility center is good but it's expensive.

Had an uncommon illness. However, the doctor was un-polite and just gave me the same medicine that i had in different hospital, even though i told him i have it. He later on, told me to come again, meaning more appointments and more money theyll get.

Very bad experience with doctor Isa Al-shroogy, nerves doctor.

    دكتور عيسي الشروقي وقح جدا..

The hospital is ok, however, it is mostly made up of private practice doctors, meaning doctors can have a wide range of service level. Note, although doctors take appointments, they do not always keep to the timing, you will end up sitting in the waiting room until the doctor can see you.

Facilities of the hospital are ok, they are not the newest, but the hospital has been renovated. All in all relatively average, but not the most expensive hospital, you mostly come for the specific doctor's reputation.

Note, parking can be problematic, as spaces are limited.
