They will never answer your call no matter what!! the funny thing is that the waiting tone is "your call is important for us".
Very neat and clean .
It has been the worst hospital experience for me in Bahrain ! I went for a simple mole excision procedure on 19th September and ended up with inflammation and infection from the very next day. Apparently the general surgeon Dr. Stephen Angamuthu perform sutures on my skin which was still under tension. He merely gave some paracetamol and roflenac as medicines with no antibiotics! Infection set in right from the next day which ballooned into a painful inflammation and opened up my sutures in 3 days.I had to rush to a pancreatic surgeon who was shocked to see the wound and pus for a simple procedure! Absolutely incompetent surgeon who has caused so much mental and physical trauma for such a small process when successfully underwent major surgeries like caesarean deliveries in other hospitals in Bahrain!
1. Went to emergency room with fractured collarbone and 4 ribs but they didn't treat me. They needed a police report for a bicycle accident!? Emergency doctor said I need to call an ambulance before he can treat me. I was already in the hospital why would I call an ambulance?! It was ridiculous!
2. They cancelled appointment 30mins before by that time I was already on my way to the hospital. They kept changing my daughter's appointment (3x) with different doctors and timings and assigned a doctor who is not a pediatric ophthalmologist.
Exceptionally great other than one of my visits where most of the staff seemed to have hadan argument with ther boss or something. Ever one was grumpy!
Probably the best hospital in Bahrain. Very good staff
an unprofessional approach from the person from Reception..They dont care about why you are there in the Hospital..even though i had a prior appointment booked and clearly mentioned the same to the person he logged me as a walk in patient and kept waiting for a long time..i mean, what sort of guys you are keeping for a customer service desk..?? try to be professional..we don't expect any irresponsible..mobile freak guys at your desk!!
This is one of the best hospitals in Bahrain but it's quite expensive.
Their radiology and gynecology department is good especially dr Ronald.
Royal Bahrain Hospital is a jungle!!
My experience at this hospital reminds me of buying vegetables from the central market in Bahrain. In brief: unprofessional staff, cheap and nasty services, waste of money, very minimal experience and they treat you as if they are paying you money!!
If you don't have money go to a government hospital, you will definitely get a better service.
If you have money for treatment go to Bahrain Specialist Hospital; you will get at Bahrain Specialist Hospital a Five Star service!!!.
Royal Bahrain Hospital is a jungle!!
One of the best hospital in Bahrain. Most of the drs are Indian and highly experienced in their speciality.
If you expect better than KIMS service then you are wrong. Same management with the same mentality. They tell you system is supposed to confirm appointments, send lab results & manage your smooth transition between clinics. None of that happens & they blame you for it. Repeat consultation is free on the 6th day only which usually is Friday or fully booked. Yes you will have to pay a lot for nothing once you step inside. If you want cheap medicine then go to KIMS & if you want quality then this is not where its served.
Great hospital and doctors, insurance coordination is a shambles though. The fact they advise you to check 'in case they lose the paperwork' is no surprise. A slow service necessitating multiple visits.
Great hospital.. As of today.. Good service, clean, slightly on the expensive end if u don't have insurance
The best of the best..
Excellent and friendly staff with the best doctors ever, highly recommended.
