Delayed at the service . Lier receptionist. We asked for deluxe non smoking room, but she offered us a standard room, when refused she offered a smoking deluxe room but after two hours which means st (20:00). When asked her to call her supervisor who was welling to assist she said she found a room NOW!! BUT NOBODY WAS THERE DURING OUR CHECK IN.
THE NEXT DAY IS OUR CHECK OUT , we have it until 1300 as they refused to give us free late check out, we called at 1300 to do the check out and to send the Hellboy to us, we called them four time, until 13:50 NOBODY came to assist us, and we took our luggage with us.response / report this review -

Very nice hotel. I have stayed here twice and realky liked it but why did change the ladies uniform. That's the reason I'm not giving you a 5 😊👍

PACE E LUCE SALOON
I went there to get my make up done for my engagement. The make up artist did the following mistakes:
1. She made my face wider by conturing horizontally (my face is round so the contour has to come at an angle)
2. She over lined my lips (I have big lips so there is no need to do that in the first place)
3. The glow she put in my inner eye lids was not blended
4. She did not moisturize my face
5. She did not prime my face
6. She commented several times about my need to lose weight
I do not think this is professional or right, and I think she should accept opinions as she kept telling my sister to 'not say anything' about her make up since she was supposedly the professional in the room.
As for my hair, it was okay, but instead of the stylist herself working on it she let the technician work on it because she was busy taking in more customers.
Horrible service. Horrible. I'm going to make sure none of my family and friends go there because this place BODY SHAMES brides and lowers their self esteem.response / report this review -

Though a five star category..certain things need to be improved.
The welcome desk staff are helpful and courteous.
They spoke well and did a good service for checking in.
Very professional that they gave all what we were looking for WiFi, pickup details etc.
Swimming pool really fine.
Dinner rooms .can be better.
Food .for airport guestscan be better in quality and variety.
Rooms are clean and well maintained. Though a bit small for this category, it is ok for a transit stayresponse / report this review -

Really nice place to stay near the airport. Very good room and service. Food was fine, not too good, at least for me. I stayed there via my airline in transit and thus got a different food then normal guest. May be the normal food is better. Overall a very good experience, especially for the price which I had paid.

It's a 5-star rated property. Although, in my opinion it has a few shortcomings. The rooms aren't really sprawling. The housekeeping staff is good though. The food doesn't really meet your expectations when it comes from a 5-star property kitchen. The best part about the hotel is their pool, gym, steam, sauna area. One can spend hours and be refreshed and rejuvenated!

Nice facilities, however due to the energy saving policies in place, all the electrical power to the room mandates that your room key be in a card reader for the duration of the time you wish the power to be on. Once you remove the card from the reader you have approximately 1 minute before all the power to your room turns off; this includes all power outlets in your room. There are no alarm clocks in the rooms, and the food at the Kei is of far less quality that anticipated.

Great hotel. Really liked it here. Best thing was the bed. Really comfortable. Slept like a log. food staff and nice business centre on the 5th if you have a late flight.

The place is cozy, well maintained and very nice. The thing that I like most in this place is that they serve rice which is a plus for me as not all the hotels that I've been do. We were not able to try the pool as it was winter when we went there. The gym has a nice facility.

Is one of the first hotels in Bahrain and from the hotels that were on the beach of the capital Manama at the beginning of the hotel time and was named Hilton Hotel , recently decided to stay in this hotel and found that it is still in the rooms and restaurants and halls The general manager who management of the hotel is currently The same Director General at the old time and is one of the best managers and has long experience in the management of this old & New hotel at the same time

If I could give zero, I'll do it. The hotel is ok but the client service is catastrophic and this is a culture permeated from the Duty Manager to the employees. They should improve a lot in order to have the basics for client service.

Nice hotel, I paid through gulf airline to stay over there, only to find out in the morning that I was part of a lower class and segregated group for breakfast. That is bad, those days are over. Would have been much better not to offer breakfast rather than segregate people. The segregated breakfast was a joke and embarrassing. I blame gulf airline and the hotel for such an agreement.
