+ Amazing place for couples and families.
    + Excellent services.
And the reason I took off 3 stars off is that
    - VERY NOISY PLACE! It is my worst experience of trying to sleep with all that noisy villas that play the Music all night long.

I really had the worst experience I have ever had with any hotel payment system. I used my internet visa card to secure my reservation. The hotel told me that I will have to bring my visa card with me when I arrive and giving that this is just a virtual card that I use for online payment, I told hotel's reservation that I will be using a different card when I arrive. Hotel's reservation then told me that the hotel had block the amount of the whole stay on my virtual card and that I will need to request to cancel the blocking upon arrival once I pay using my other visa card and that release of the blocking should occur no longer than 6-7 working days. Upon my arrival to the hotel, I pay the full amount of my stay using my other card and requested the cancellation of the blocking. The only thing I got from them is a promise that they will share this request with their finance department and that I need to rest assure that the cancellation will occur as promised. A week after I left the hotel, I checked with my bank to see what happen with my virtual visa and surprisingly the amount was still blocked. I checked with hotel reservation and they said that they have requested the cancellation of the blocking already and that I have to contact my bank again. I go back to my bank and told them about this and my bank told me that there was no cancellation issued by the hotel yet. I keep calling the hotel to release the amount and every time they said that a different entity is responsible for the release of the blocking. The first time they refer me to their finance and then to their bank broker "CrediMax". I am really frustrated right now and I will continue to raise this to authority until I get my money back.

Very elegant, beautiful and relaxing place to stay at your own rented villa. A bit pricey though, but definitely worth it for special occasions.

Great place to spend time with family. BBQ is not allowed and the BBQ they provide is overpriced.

    The hotel is phenomenal
The breakfast has so many options to choose from, huge selection of food.
Loved how they even design the cornflakes section👌🏼
    The desert villa was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G
Room size was perfect we had 4 rooms
    1- living room
    2- bed room
3- 2 rooms out side one was dining room the other was like a siting room
The even gave us a free 15 min massage
They also offer gulf cars to the villas
The staff were very friendly! they want to help you in any way to make you feel relaxed
We had the best experience Great relaxing get away
Best way to end your new year

    Highly recommended!!!

Nice place very friendly staff the place is quite good if you want to be alone with your family the villa is luxurious and clean
The only thing that they can improve is they should let the restaurants there deliver to your villa

    unfortunately they don't

Nice and clean place, wonderful resort, excellent service, delicious food, beautiful villas with dedicated swimming pool and jacuzzi, including bedroom, dining room, living room, bathroom with bath tub, shower and steam, outdoor restroom and shower, it is recommended to book during spring time and early summer times.

Their wedding hall is good for close family and friends wedding only . The houses design are really nice but the only problem is there are lots of mosquitos in the area because many greenery and water are around . But the houses can be detached to each other in a very nice way .

Staff were very friendly. Especially, those who work at Remal restaurant and in the spa. My mother had a relaxing massage by Elizabeth, a beautiful Kenyan masseuse, and she loved it so much. Although my mother had arthritis, Elizabeth was professional enough to massage her without causing any pain + she helped with the muscular tension my mother had in her back. She is very sweet and professional I can't thank her enough for the lovely experience.

Breakfast was good and sweet waitresses.
Even those who work at the buggy service were kind.

The transportation from the resort is extremely expensive ( if u ask for a cap). if you need any, book your ride from Uber or Kareem earlier to save your money.

I know that smells can be highly subjective, but the scent of ginger and lemon in the resort lobbies can be a little strong. I hope the administration can make it softer or change it with another one e.g. Cotton, floral, etc.

Hope that resort would plan for exciting activities during the week and not only for children (ballon night). Or have good offers for spa, water park, for residents.

I only gave it 4 stars because of its location and the expensive prices.

When it used to be Banyan Tree managed it was perfect. All high quality and made the diference. Niw its just commercial. The owner should rethink to make it a perfect place for tourists. Its only a faceless profit center. Very sad.

Great weekend getaway in Bahrain. High quality secluded villas that provide all amenities. You are all by yourself without any external disturbances. Serves personal pool and Jacuzzi in each villa. Separate smoking room, sitting room facing the private pool. Living are, bed room and massive bathroom are separated. Bathroom is massive and has 3 separate sections including steam room. Rooms

This is highly recommend for families with children. Those who love privacy.

The list of TV programmes could be improved. Attentiveness of restaurant staff could be improved.

Really an amazing, stunning palace! Worth of long trip, and relaxation. Navigation on Google is not correct it will take you to the military part of dessert. Just follow the directions for Lost Paradise Aqua Park, it's next to it. Such a lovely place, and nice Ramadan tent. Villas are amazing each one is smelling on lemongrass aromatic oil.

Let us start with the Disaster of a staff not professional, very very few, and take long to serve for a big place. The place is great for couples & families. Clean. Quite. +30 minutes away from the city.

A great get away spot in Bahrain. They have very spacious villa with your own private pool. Given the facility the prices are quite reasonable. My only major issue is that the villas are maintained well for especially the pool which has chipped ceramic bits and has bird droppings. I recommend the place but don't expect it to be spotless.

Although parts of the resort look distressed and not maintained, all that matters are two things : your private villa with private pool and the great food outlets. Highly recommended especially with the honeymoon/anniversary packages.

Its a bit over priced and you cannot go in with any food :), so you will end up paying almost 30-50% extra for food. The facility is a great place to be in though and its worth trying!

Lovely and beautiful place. Be it Dining, spa, Day Pass or night stay, one of the most beautiful places in Bahrain to go to. Scenic with greenery and stream flowing by.
