Went to the Seoul/Tokyo restaurant. Very good Korean food. Nice atmosphere and not busy. Did not explore the rest of the hotel.

Not very satisfactory, but ok.
I have to stand for long time and waste, as the staff at the reception does not have clarity on the booking details. This was because of the gap between the manager and reception.
During the stay again with out information or prior notice door key was blocked. Reason the policy of the hotel is the customer has to check out by that time which was not even inform me by any means and also there was no notification in or out side the room.
With arguments I completed my stay and drop to airport was really nice. Drive was very nice person and he interacted me in a good way.response / report this review -

Beautiful hotel👌RECOMMENDED
We were in #314 for 6 night last week, a very nice place to stay !
Cozy big bedroom, clean and wide bathroom, Good food, friendly staff ; specially Ahmad the driver👍 also all staff in Restaurant
Definitely we would like to stay there again on our next visit in Bahrain,

Clean, next to Al Seef mall which is a great destination for shopping and food. But the rooms can be somehow better.

When I arrived for the check in they upgraded me to a bigger room without me asking. The room is really nice and there is a big bed. They have a swimming pool on the roof top and as well a small gym. The staff is nice and I really recommend this hotel

خدمه سيئه والفندق سيئ ويبيله صيانه من الالف للياء والسعر ابدا ما يوافق الخدمة
Literally it is the worst hotel i have ever been too !
The bathroom stinks and smells very bad .
The phone was not working till the fixed it and when they fixed it is only working on speaker.
I had to order from room service i specifically said I don't eat spicy food and she said it is little hot not too much and food come spicy and i could it eat it . The AC took more than 2 hours to get the room cool . Isn't the regretter supposed to be cool and iced ?! This wasn't the case with this hotel i kept an ice-cream in fridge , next day it becomes a cream!
Along with this bad stay ,when i inform the manager of my complains she did not do anything but offer me a voucher for a meal on and i had to fight for a 2nd voucher because i will not eat alone .
I think the should either lower the rates to meet their bad service. Or when a person have a bad stay they should offer a discount or free night.response / report this review -
